I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I have been in the market for a 2017 Nissan GT-R for a few months, both new and/or used. I visited local Nissan dealerships with some slightly used GT-Rs that should be mint, but they were all beat up (curb rash, scuff marks, scratches, front lip damage, etc). I shopped around online for new ones within 500 miles and none of the Nissan dealers would work with me on pricing. They would not budge at all!
I finally decided to check out an independent dealer and found CJ Auto Group. The dealership was small, but the quality of the cars they have on their lot are all clean, high end vehicles. This is where I found a very clean pearl white 2017 GT-R with only 5200 miles! David and Solo were both easy to work with. Best of all, they were willing to work with me on pricing on what I thought was a fair deal.
If you're in the market slightly used but high end cars, do yourself a favor and check out CJ Auto Group!!
My first time buying a car and I must say my experience was great. Overall the whole process went smoothly. Now I have my dream car and Eliana was able to make that possible for me. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.
I purchased my vehicle from them over three years ago (which was a wonderful experience) and only go to this dealer for my services and repairs (prices are reasonable). The facility is clean and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. It also a bonus that it's close to a mall that I can walk to if I don't want to stay at the dealership while my car is being worked on. They will call me if there are any issues or when my car is ready. If I do stay, the lounge area is big with a nice size tv. There are free refreshments available.
Had a flat tire on my new Mini with Run Flat tires. We were 300 miles from home in the middle of nowhere and had to have our car towed 20 miles to Mini of Valencia, the closest mini dealer. We just walked in and spoke with Jessica, the service advisor. She was pleasant and professional. She made sure that our tire was replaced in a timely manner and coordinated with the dealership from which we purchased the car to make sure that costs were paid through dealer warranty. Mini Roadside service was unable to find this dealership so I had to have the car towed by another service at my own expense. Jessica took the extra step to submit for reimbursement. Jessica did a great job of keeping the customer needs in mind. Kudos to her and Mini of Valencia.
I used to service my vehicle at this facility when I purchased my vehicle initially. I was offered loaners and a ride to and from home. They would even further investigate any coupon matters I may have asked about to help validate them giving me a discounted rate. None of that happened during this visit and I'm really considering returning to the Mini of Ontario, CA to service my car.
Donna was my sales person. She was super nice and very knowledgeable on the traverse. Took the time to walk me through all options on the car. Autonation has a streamline process and the experience was enjoyable.
I couldn’t believe how helpful and non-sales-y the staff was! They did everything they could to get me into a better deal with a BRAND NEW adorable mini coop! I was able to lower my car payment and get into a lease that allows me to have full maintenance for the 3 years of the time I’ll have the car! I love the car! I didn’t know a thing about min coopers or ever think I would be in a BMW made car but wow!!! It is such a fun and smooth car!!! I absolutely LOVE my little red beast:) He’s SO cute!
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I am impressed with personalized response of sales team. I am looking for a particular used car and have not yet found the right one. I can only speak for the initial follow up response which is prompt and courteous. The only negative is the unnecessary sales emails that have nothing to do with my search. I also could not rate 4 of 5 areas due to above mentioned reasons, but a 5 star to date
