It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. The engine light was on in my Mini Clubman, and the car had a shake during idle. Turned out the warning light was because of heavy contamination on the Venturi valve. It was essential to fix this, required waiting a day to get the part, and the fix was done by 9am the next day. The shake was because of a loose engine mount. Not critical yet but noticeable. We decided to wait on this while I decide on my next steps - fix, or get another car, which I have been thinking of anyway. Meanwhile they loaned me a Mini convertible. Real fun for a whole day!

2015 MINI Hardtop review
This car has great character and is fun to drive. It has great pick up with the turbo charged engine but can also be driven in green mode to save on mileage. Mini design is impeccable. They thought of every detail for function and style. I have no complaints about this car other than the parts can be pricey. This is truly the best car I have ever owned.
