Sport Subaru SouthReviews
Sport Subaru South review
Brought my 6000+ mile Cross Trek in for an oil change and to check a tire for a slow leak. I brought the car in at 1000 miles and they couldn?t find the problem. I even got several emails from Subaru about the low pressure so the issue was documented. Once again they said they couldn?t find any problem. I explained that I am adding air to the tire every three days. I gave the service provider the choice of trying again or putting on a new tire at their expense and they somehow found the leak. She was a very nice person, I just couldn?t believe she/they expected me to leave with a well documented slow leak unresolved.

Gettel NissanReviews
Gettel Nissan review
I purchased a used 2023 Tucson from Gettel Nissan. Salesman Valentino Naeder made the purchase easy. The only drawback was the time spent (4hrs) at the dealership to actually drive home. Received a temporary registration plate good for 30 days and was informed that a permanent plate was in the mail. Near the 30 day mark I contacted salesman Pete who quickly had a permanent plate sent within 2 days. Thank You

MINI of DallasReviews
MINI of Dallas review
Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.

Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. My 3 hours drive was definitely worth it.

Amazing experience all around! Very glad that I was able to findI the perfect car for me, and meet some great people in the process! Brian from sales, and Michael from the finance department are honest and friendly, guiding me easily through every step. I had been researching online for about a week, so I went in knowing exactly what I needed, and with a good idea what I wanted to pay. It’s always a little stressful going to a dealership, not knowing whether they will slip things in like little protection packages or warranties you don’t need. The process here was very transparent, and I never felt pressured in the least. So happy with my new car 🚗 I will definitely be back if I need any services in the future; possibly even to trade in my wife’s car 😉 Again, thanks a bunch, and keep up the great work!

Wayne Akers FordReviews
Wayne Akers Ford review
I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)
2020 MINI Hardtop review
The car is perfect for me as my needs are such that I am the only driver. It handles beautifully, and has a lot pf spunk

Excellent buying experience. Garthan was very helpful showing me the available vehicles and the various options. This is the second time Garthan has helped us. We were so pleased with the first Countryman we got a few months ago we decided to get another.

Hendrick MINIReviews
Hendrick MINI review
No one likes being without their vehicle or dealing with unexpected repairs, but Hendrick MINI Service Center made the situation so much easier. From drop-off to pick-up, the experience was excellent, and they took wonderful care of “Izzy,” my MINI Countryman. Craig kept me updated every step of the way, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Having a team that communicates and cares makes all the difference. Thank you for making a stressful situation a positive experience. Highly recommend Hendrick MINI Service Center!

Hendrick MINI review
After dealing with a couple other dealerships and getting very high quotes for the repair I needed, HENDRICK got my cooper fixed quick and for a reasonable price! Customer service was great and they made it all easy.
