Very nice people who provide very nice service. I liked their coffee, and the wait time is low. They washed the car and changed the oil and filters, and now the car runs smoothly.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I drove from outside of Nashville to purchase a car from Bill Estes Toyota. I had a good experience. Great team. I highly recommend Jay for your next car or truck.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Van Chevrolet review
As always, my experience at Van GMC was absolutely outstanding. From the time I stepped on the property everyone was helpful and pleasant. Mike Nations took the time to help us find the vehicle we were looking for and then helped us set up the MyGMC app and all the other apps and electronics. The sale process was quick and easy. All of this is why I wouldn't go anywhere other than Van GMC. Matt Ceretta sure has a great staff and operation. Thanks, we will be back!!!!
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

Ok I have answered the aquestions. That's all I am saying. I don't have time for 25 words. You should remove this from the survey. I don't like this being required.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Patrick Greene was our salesman and Devin Knapp in Finance. Two very super men who knew their business and had absolutely no pressure. Very comfortable to work with, We drove a very long way to see the Truck and actually bought it and drove it home. The vehicles are very clean and sell themselves. Great experience and I would suggest anyone to check them out .You wont regret it.

Karisa at Ed Martin Nissan in Indianapolis was absolutely outstanding!! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and very thorough throughout the whole purchase process. Her follow up afterwards was much appreciated. The entire Ed Martin group was fantastic. From the moment I walked in til the day I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Thank you to everyone at Ed Martin Nissan. This was hands down the best car buying experience!!!

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. My sales associate, Griffin, was extremely helpful - patiently answering my questions and providing me with information that I was looking for. Hopefully we'll be able to cross paths again sometime!
