This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

This is the most reliable car we have ever purchased. Still looks like new. Followed all standard factory service scheduled requirements. 55,000 miles to date. On the second set of tires. 2017 XT5 luxury edition.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I came into the store and there were several sales people sitting at their desks and did not look up from their phones. As I walked through showroom (keep in mind I have purchased there before and got my car serviced here!) a sales person jumped up and approached me and asked how I was and if I was being assisted. When I said no, he introduced himself Mike Zeller. I explained I wanted to trade my bronco sport for another or maybe explorer. He said no problem. He showed me bronco sport and I loved it! He said before you decide, lets look at the explorer. I said that sounded great! I was expecting pushy because I said I loved the bronco. He took me to explorers. I looked and said NOPE! We went back, he showed me everything. No games. Showed me why my trade was worth what it was worth. I said I have Navy Fed and he said that was fine. Again, not pushy! We proceeded. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Then, he called me and asked how the car was. He cared after the sale. Thats refreshing. I 100% recommend Mike Zeller and Sheehy. Mike, see you in 3 years!

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.
