I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Joe the salesman was helpful on getting us in and out fast. As soon as we told him what we wanted he knew right away what car to grab and it only took one try to get it right. We knew what we wanted and he didnt try to sway us in another direction. The selection of colors and options where better than the other Mitsubishi dealer I've been to in the area. Keith the service manager was great any questions my girlfriend had he answered right away. Very professional from the sales manager (Dan S.) all the way down to the porter. If you need a car dont hesitate to stop by and see these guys they are the real deal.

Came in for low tire pressure. Found nail in the tire and repaired it with 30 minutes. I was pleased with the speed of the service and the care I was given. John and Carlos are always friendly and helpful.
It was a welcoming experience from the start. All involved in the sales process made me feel welcomed from the start . I therefore, felt very relaxed and like I belonged. Especially my direct sales person, Joe Garner. He was a true professional. He knows how to communicate with people and thus make them feel at ease and relaxed. He exuded no pressure on me and answered all questions that I posed to him. I would return when I need a new car!
We enjoyed a professional sales process. Our needs and interests were properly assessed and met. We were guided with professionalism throughout the delivery process. We were given all of the information concerning the vehicle and provided with instructions for its operation. This was important since the vehicle is a plug-in hybrid and functions a little differently than other vehicles. We were elated to met the sales team and be introduced to the Service Team.
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.

I had experienced with them 5years ago, so when I got call I went with expecting. There we purchased in 2- 3hours. We could get better financing through our bank , it ended next day to compleate, while I drove the car that day. We have to solve the lost spare key problem. WOW. Blown away as to how smooth my used car transaction went about a month ago. I traded in my beloved 2009 Chevrolet Malibu for a 2104 Fiat 500. Mike Rossatti was my awsome Sales Associate who made the deal happen. Customer satisfaction is the hallmark of a family-owned dealership, and these folks have it down. I would wholeheartedly recommend Max Madsen for new or used vehicles. Even the other staff at the dealership asked me if I wanted/needed anything. having purchased over 40 vehicles throughout my driving life, this was by far the easiest purchase ever. Great place to deal with. We arrived for our appointment and our salesman greeted us at the door and had the car ready to go. Test drive was great so it came time to talk numbers.
They had a table with snacks and books for the kids so my girls sat there and ate and colored. The price negotiation was very quick. The salesman would come back quickly with counter offers and didn't play any games by making us sit there. Filling out the title paperwork was also really easy and quick. From start to finish it took 90 mins. Really a quick, smooth, pleasant experience.
I was looking for a vehicle to purchase for my mother. After a few trips to other dealers to check out cars this was by far my best Experience! Everyone there was super friendly and Not pushy like most dealers I went to! Would definitely recommend!

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
