Schomp HondaReviews
Schomp Honda review
I will caution anyone reading this review on one thing..... The One Hour, One Person, only happens after you've decided on the vehicle. My appt was at 1230 and I left after 3:30. It was a little different because I ordered my car, and my salesperson got caught up with another client who showed up early. ... A whole day earlier!! I worked with 2 other salespersons, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I came in with my own financing, and only had to deal with their sales pitch of items which I was already going to buy (extended warranty, dent protection). This was the best experience I've had with a dealer because I was prepared, and the car I wanted was already allocated to me. Lastly, I want to commend this dealership for not marking the car up with unnecessary fees, or after delivery accessories, like paint protect, tint, car bra's, seat protector, etc! I don't believe I'll be back anytime soon, because, for one it's a Honda, and two, it's a Honda!! If I need another car in the future, I'll definitely go here first. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 . My experience was very good, my salesman William M. He was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. William did whatever it took to make our deal work. This is the second time that I’ve purchased a car at Autonation, I’m very satisfied. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Southwest review
I had an excellent experience working with Tina Chen at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southwest! She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated her straightforward approach—she was never pushy or overly sales-focused, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Tina communicated clearly, respected my time, and made sure everything moved along smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable car-buying experience!

Arapahoe KIA review
Was working with 4 different KIA dealerships looking for a specific color and make of a 2023 Telluride. All promised me that they would be able to accommodate me but only Arapahoe KIA pulled through and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The expected arrival time was spot on. Once the vehicle arrived, the purchase process was smooth and painless. I got the car I wanted with no hassles whatsoever. Probably the first time ever in all my years of buying cars. Thank you Arapahoe KIA!

I was interested in a new GMC Acadia, specific features and model. Zac Taylor worked very hard to bring a vehicle from the Colorado Springs store. He had everything outfitted as needed, worked out details remotely, then delivered it to me in the mountains. I drove away a great new vehicle at an outstanding price point. Thank you Zac for all of your hard work during this car purchase!

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
Paul is an absolute beast when it comes to securing financing and taking care of his customers. I drove up from Colorado Springs because, honestly, I had not experienced the same level of speed, efficiency, attention, and genuine care anywhere closer to home. Words honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the work Paul did for me. What impressed me most was that it felt like Paul was working to earn my business long before I ever walked through the door. He listened to what I wanted, understood what I needed, and then actually delivered. Paul found a vehicle that checked every box, and I mean every box. From the color of the car to the seat material, he somehow managed to understand exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't simply trying to put me into a vehicle; he was listening to me as a customer and matching me with something that genuinely felt right. I bought the car, and I couldn't be happier with how the entire experience came together. If you're in Colorado Springs, do yourself a favor: get out of the Springs and make the drive to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. The difference in customer service was absolutely worth the trip for me. And Paul? He's officially going on our Christmas list, because he 💯 reminded me that there are still dealerships out there that genuinely want your business, not just today, but for the long term. Thank you, Paul, for making what can usually be a stressful experience feel personal, straightforward, and exciting. You earned my business, my gratitude, and my recommendation. This is what customer service is supposed to feel like. My recommendation to others in this industry, you need you a Paul! Dealing with financing was certainly cake walk as well. Chris Espino Rivera , apologize for spelling, was thorough ;-) and answered every single question, all of them. This place is doin' it right.

Schomp BMW review
Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

Stevinson Toyota WestReviews
Stevinson Toyota West review
Wow! Beyond thank you! Was given an erroneous, panic causing, possible inept unscrupulous service by a different large volume Toyota group just north of Denver. Worst EXPERIENCE ever. Stevinson Toyota West -POLAR OPPOSITE, Josh and Ryan in service went beyond any expectations, communicated clearly, cared about my situation as if I was their family member. I live 2k+miles from Denver, I was disposable at the other dealership, I was VALUED at Stevinson West. My Denver based family will recommend, and on my future visits I will return confidently and gladly to Stevinson Toyota West.
