2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The car is an absolute joy to drive. It handles amazingly. I wanted reliable, good fuel mileage, and sporty. The car checks all 3 boxes. I’ve put almost 1500 miles on the car in 15 days. It goes from miles per gallon to smiles per gallon with a simple press of the gas pedal. I did a lot of research on the car before the test drive and the purchase. The reviews could not have prepared me for the actual test drive and how well the car performs. The car will break the tires loose at 20 mph. I have zero negative things to say about the car. I can’t even attempt to say anything negative. I drive almost 80 miles per day for work. I look forward to the commute thanks to the car.

2026 Toyota Camry review
This is the car to have for its segment. It’s beautifully designed. It’s reliable. It’s great on gas. I’m getting 43 mpg. It’s actually fast too with its torquey electric motors assisting its bullet proof 2.5 liter four cylinder. Comfortable leather interior is gorgeous.

2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
I have owned two Mazdas in the past so I thought I would look at a third. I wanted a hybrid this time, so knowing that Mazda hasn't really gotten into the hybrid game I was skeptical with the CX50 hybrid. I did alot of online, and magazine article research on this vehicle as well as others. There are a number of options out there, but what sold me on the CX50 is that 1) The other Mazdas I have owned were extremely reliable, 2} The CX50 has the same fourth (I believe it's the fourth) generation Toyota 2.5 liter hybrid engine and e-cvt transmission that was used in the RAV 4 which is highly rated and 3) Mazda just knows how to make a extremely engaging fun to drive vehicle than most. As most vehicles go, this one isn't perfect. I have noticed the road noise is worse than the CX5 I used to have. It's not terrible by any means, just more noticable. I know there are tires out there that are quieter but that's not something I'm willing to do until it's time to replace them. The other thing is I hate the cupholders being in the front, in front of the gear shift. The only other thing (and I've heard people say if you have been a Mazda owner it's annoying to what you're used to, if you've been a Toyota owner it sound normal) and that is the engine drone sound at higher needed speed like entering a highway or passing someone. All of these are things I can live with and I have absolutely have no regrets with this purchase. Bottom line, if you want the interior and exterior quality and engaging driving experience that Mazda gives you and an extremely proven reliable hybrid engine that Toyota gives you...you have the perfect marriage.

2025 Hyundai SONATA review
I had a 2025 Limited hybrid as a loaner and was extremely impressed with it! Quite frankly if I didn’t love EVs so much I would be getting one. My spouse has a 2025 Lexus ES and there are just a few features it has that the Limited Sonata lacks, but the Sonata has a LOT of features the ES doesn’t have, and the price difference between them is a brand new Nissan Versa. It’s very quiet and even when you floor the accelerator it’s really not bad for a 4 cylinder. The ride is every bit as good as the ES, if anything better probably due to the fact that the rims are 2 inches smaller. The driver assistance features work so smoothly. Really the only thing I was disappointed with was it doesn’t have power folding mirrors and my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq does, so that was surprising but it’s kinda an unnecessary feature anyway but I like it cuz I know if the mirrors are folded the car is locked. Also I wasn’t getting the MPG on the window sticker. Granted I only had it for one day and 65 miles, 95% interstate driving 75, but it was a struggle to reach what it’s rated at for the city driving. I feel like the city and highway numbers should be reversed, because it definitely prefers city driving. I also had a 2025 SEL AWD as a loaner for my last service visit, and it was fine but honestly nothing stood out to me. It was like a random rental car, nothing good but nothing bad either.

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.
2026 Nissan Frontier review
Following several months of research and comparisons, I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro-4x long bed. Absolutely love it. The truck is very comfortable and very well built, solid 6cyl engine and smooth as butter 9 speed transmission. I got both the convenience pkg and the premium pkg and glad I did. The premium pkg includes the TailorFit(™) synthetic leather seats that are much more supportive than the cloth seats, softer than Napa leather but much more durable. I do not find the hydraulic steering “heavy” at all, I find it to be very smooth and responsive. There are lots of very good aftermarket accessories available for the frontier. Overall, I believe this is the best value in a midsize pickup, perhaps tops in dependability as well (maybe ties with 2026 Toyota, but their new 4cyl turbo’s dependability is unknown). Consider the long-bed, it is the ultimate combo of midsize truck with super-size functionality. The LB seems to drive smoother on the highway and the extra length in the bed can fit things that many full size pickups cannot. It is terrific!

2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.
