As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

The salesman, Chuck Tark, was highly responsive, professional and straightforward. The dreaded trip to the finance office to sign the paperwork was also easy, and none of the usual second set of high pressure sales pitches on high margin add-ons. They showed us available add ons and the prices and asked if we wanted any, and when I declined, there was no retry like I?ve experienced at other dealerships, in other times. I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2026 BMW X5 M60i from BMW of Rockville, and I can't recommend Ben Ronquillo enough. From start to finish, Ben made the entire process incredibly easy. We were able to complete everything in less than 24 hours, and he even helped make the deal happen on a Sunday. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and never made me feel pressured at any point. The finance office was honestly the first one I've ever enjoyed working with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no constant attempts to upsell products I didn't want?just a straightforward, honest, and efficient experience. I also want to recognize the General Manager, who was extremely friendly and personally apologized for a small delay during delivery. Honestly, it wasn't an issue at all. It was a Sunday with limited staff, and they still had multiple customers in the showroom. Everyone worked hard to keep things moving, and their professionalism really stood out. If you're looking for a BMW dealership that values your time and treats you with respect, BMW of Rockville is absolutely worth the trip.

Sometimes you just have to order EXACTLY what you want. That's what I did in this case. This was the 3rd BMW I've purchased at BMW of Las Vegas and I love love love this new car. Believe it or not I traded in a Porshe for this and love the BMW more! I had to special order the Wildberry color.....and 4 doors for comfort for my passengers...but it was worth waiting for!! It's road trip time!!
