BMW of Macon review
BMW of Macon’s Service Department delivered the same exceptional service I have come to expect from them. Liz and Shelly are knowledgeable, friendly and go the extra mile to insure my experience was more than satisfactory. The work was done in less than the time estimated and they provided a thorough explanation of not only repairs completed, but also of the potential issues observed by the technician. I eas offered alternatives to waiting for my vehicle, but I choose to wait and work from their modern, clean and comfortable customer lounge. When I departed, my car was delivered bright and shiny after a complimentary wash and vacuum. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending BMW of Macon to my family and friends, not only for sales, but for service as well. Kudos!

Starting with the buying process of a certified used car, to the normal maintenance and service as well as a warranty issue, I've been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy at every turn. On service requests, there has been a shuttle or loaner car made available depending on my needs, attention to timeliness if I have waited for the car to be serviced. It's what you come to expect at a luxury dealer and attention to detail including a complementary wash and vacuum doesn't go unnoticed.

10/8/2026. Five-star service from start to finish! My BMW's 'Engine Won't Start' warning unexpectedly came on, which was incredibly stressful. Dustin Johnson has been my service advisor for over 10 years, and true to form, he went above and beyond to get me an appointment the very same day. Alli was also wonderful to interact with—she is always so pleasant and friendly whenever I visit. Once my car was in the shop, BMW Technician Scott Ball quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair flawlessly. I was back on my way home safely in no time. If you want a team that truly cares about long-term customers, go see Dustin, Alli, and Scott!

I visited this past weekend to have my vehicle serviced for a recall issue that needed to be addressed. I had a scheduled appt. I was welcomed and tended to upon my arrival. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service took a little longer than expected. While I waited I was updated about other things that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and given the option to have those things completed or deferred.

They were focused in getting my business. Unfortunately, they are merely serving their own interest to profit from their consumers. I was impressed how diligently they were to get me approved. But failed at negotiating a deal that would have been a win-win for buyer and seller. I lost out on getting my dream car due to price gouging and predatory lending.

Rick Hendrick BMW Charleston review
It’s always a great experience when I go to this BMW dealership. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful especially Dustin the service wrap that helps me. I love that I can text back-and-forth with him to make the best of both our time.
