After test driving many cars and visiting multiple dealerships, I found Elhadj and Ft. Mitchell Mercedes. I had an idea of what I was looking for and immediately, Elhadj listened to what I was hoping to find and led me to a car that I fell in love with. The greatest part about Elhadj is that he has continued to take care of me and my car needs and questions after the purchase of my car which I appreciate so much. The dealership has been quick to help me and answer any and all questions I have had and made the process extremely smooth as I needed to bring the car back for some servicing. I have bought quite a few cars in my time but this was by far the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve had and it’s great knowing that the service level stays the same even after the purchase. I feel valued and I cannot recommend Elhadj and the dealership enough. Thank you so much!!!

Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

We just purchased a 2020 RX350, Moonbeam Beige Metallic. This was our second Lexus from this dealership. One of the things which brought us back to this dealer was Phil Booth and our great experience with our previous Lexus. Like Mercedes, Cadillac and other luxury car dealers free carwashes are included when you purchase one of their cars. Unfortunately Performance RiverCenter is no longer including carwashes . In the past you just drove in told the Service Writer you wanted a carwash and head off to the waiting area. Your car got washed while you had a coffee and answered some emails. I was really surprised as was our sale rep to discover this valued service had been discontinued. I hope the dealer will reconsider their decision as carwashes was one of the things which helped the brand stand out agains other luxury brands.

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

I've been trying to get my hands on a dream car of mine for awhile now & lucked out incredibly at this dealership. Grant Pilman, my salesman, went above & beyond to work out a deal for me & make sure everything was taken care of so I could drive off the lot with this car, & continuously followed up with me throughout the entire process & overall displayed stellar communication & professionalism.

I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

I had a great experience buying a new Mazda at Jake Sweeney Mazda at the Tri-county. My salesperson, Joe Collins, was excellent, taking time to explain all the car features clearly. The service available was very helpful, and everyone was accommodating and on time. They met me where I needed to be and made the process easy. I would highly recommend this dealership and Joe for a smooth, informative experience.

We traded in two Lexus cars for one new one. Serigne did an awesome job handling the complex transaction. He and the dealership management gave us a deal we felt good about. This is not our first purchase from Lexus Rivercenter and we will likely return. It’s the best Lexus dealer in the region.

I just bought a slightly used 2024 Ford Ranger from Kings Toyota. J-DAWG worked with me for a couple weeks while I was travelling, then took great care of me on the day of purchase. A "baby Lexus" without the ostentatious label. Everything about this car is "just right," from the slightly higher stance to the elegance of the Nightshade edition. Beautiful, functional, reliable, and economical.
