McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10/10 Experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles! We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD! The entire experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was absolutely painless and easy—exactly what you want when buying a new vehicle. A huge shout-out to our representatives, Gabe H. and Deanna B. They were not only incredibly friendly, but their customer service was truly exceptional. They were actively listening to our needs and what we were looking for, finding positive and productive solutions every step of the way. Their attention to detail was fantastic; they were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of everything. From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabe, Deanna, and McGrath Honda of St. Charles. You won't find better service!

Grappone HondaReviews
Grappone Honda review
Most pleasurable and efficient car buying experience ever - and I?ve purchased three brand new Hondas previously. Not having to go into the windowless interior room to meet the finance guy that lost a finger in the war with all of his kids pictures facing you - and presenting three options for warranty packages as if not picking any one of the them isn?t an option was a real plus. Of course the warranties were still presented to us, which is fine and I appreciate that some people may want to purchase them for Good but Adam understood that I was not interested in any warranties as we had discussed it prior to my arrival so he made sure he went as fast as he could through those options, which would be really appreciated. Also appreciated the fact that most of negotiation was handled via phone or tax prior to my arrival as I requested and they honored for me a car purchase is a big purchase, but not that big and it?s a fairly simple process. I don?t need a lot of hand holding but I?m sure it would be available and I requested it. I was in and out of there in less than an hour, which is unbelievable compared to experiences after the last 4 to 6 hours.

Walser HondaReviews
Walser Honda review
I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

Casey Honda review
We were in town for the holidays and Casey Honda had a CR-V that we were interested in, so we stopped in to check it out. Our sales lady Alyssa was incredibly friendly and professional. They honored the internet advertised price and didn't try and haggle us for a bunch of unnecessary up sells like we have experienced at other dealerships.

The truck that I was looking at, the AC didn’t work, after I looked at the vehicle I found that the two exhaust one was clean and the other was completely smoked over, I know that the flapper valve can cause that, and the other can be injectors, could not determine which.

We purchased this vehicle on the recommendation of our trusted mechanic. We did our research and the Pilot has not disappointed. The ride is smooth, and comfortable. There is so much interior space, and the cargo area is larger than our Explorer. Best purchase ever.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Hats off to all the team that helped make this happen.

Parkway Honda of BostonReviews
Parkway Honda of Boston review
This review is about services provided by Nicholas Almeida. My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

Thanks to J.D and Victory for a good deal on a great vehicle. J.D was friendly and responsive. He accommodated every request I had for photos and videos of the vehicle. I went to Victory due to the positive reviews and they did not disappoint.

Berlin City Honda of Portland review
I went in for a required oil change. A very sharp eyed technician noticed that I didn't have many miles on my truck. He said I'd loose out on my 10,000 mile warranty & I should do the required maintenance now. I took his advice!! Very grateful & happy!
