I bought a 2027 Land Cruiser through Erica Smith at Toyota of Santa Barbara. It was a very smooth experience. She was extremely responsive via text, phone, and email. I really liked that she actually remembered everything we discussed - no need to go over things multiple times. It made the process very easy. Thanks, Erica and Toyota of Santa Barbara.

Stone's ToyotaReviews
Stone's Toyota review
We recently bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Stones Town and Country here in Rexburg. We have now driven our new car under all weather conditions and absolutely love everything about it. We had a very positive experience buying our car from Stones. The sales staff--especially Rob Call--were wonderful to work with and ensured that we got the exact car we wanted at a price that felt good to us. We highly recommend Stones as a place to purchase a vehicle and now we are enjoying the great services they provide after the sale such as the lifetime free carwash. Thanks for making the purchase of our new vehicle such a positive experience!

Kari ToyotaReviews
Kari Toyota review
They were great. I came in looking to buy a Pruis. Took it for a test drive and knew that's what I wanted. They ordered the exact car I want. Color, options ect. I was given a very fair trade in on my old car. They also gave me a great price on my new car. Since buying my car at Kari I 've also had it serviced there and they have done an outstanding job. The thing I like about Kari is that my daughter could in there and buy a car. I wouldn't have to worried that they were going to take her to the cleaners.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase at Hoy Fox. Thanks to Florencio Lopez "Flo" who assisted me in completing my purchase. He presented the vehicle inside a nice looking garage keeping us from the heat. We had been car shopping all day in probably 100 degree weather. He really knows how to take care of his customers. He worked hard and negotiated with us well. Got me the right car for my me and my family at the right price. I am thankful to God for this experience. If you need a car new or used don't hesitate and just "Go with the Flo!" Thanks Hoy Fox for your outstanding service!!!!!!!!!!!?????

Casey Toyota review
Mark Kennedy was very helpful with my used car buying experience. I started out discussing a used car on the lot over the phone. I thought I had found one I wanted at a dealership closer to my home so I cancelled my appointment with Mark. Things, to say the least, did not go well at the other dealership so I decided to just drive to Williamsburg and check out the car I was interested in. Fortunately, Mark was available shortly after I arrived on the lot and we met in person. Mark was pleasant, professional, and gave top notch service... which I wasn't expecting especially after having visited other dealerships. Mark also tried to minimize the wait time and kept me informed as to our progress. All in all was a great experience!

Went to look at a Rav 4. IT greeted me and asked what options were important to me. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. The financing part was painless. IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours. I hope that my service experience goes as well.

I was able to find the perfect car there and was treated with much respect by all the employees. They made the buying process much easier and were willing to answer any of my dumb questions with a smile in their face. Plus, they were very punctual and followed through with everything they said. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership (especially if you are looking for cheap and reliable cars -- like I am! They were very honest about the car I was trying to buy and I appreciated it a lot).

I took my 4Runner in for service due to squeaking breaks. Jeff P listened to my concerns, let me show him the video/sound recording I took of the issue, and worked with the technician to identify and correct the issue. I was able to walk in without an appointment and drove off with my fixed vehicle in less time than it takes to get an oil change at most dealership!

Anderson Toyota review
Top notch dealer. Searched all over the US for the perfect RAV4. Found certified one at Anderson Toyota in AZ. I requested copies of all paperwork associated with the car and Megan produced them all with no hesitation. They were transparent. Everything checked out so I asked them to provide the missing cargo cover and net and they did. They have a shuttle service ( from Vegas or Phoenix) which is really a personal driver. We flew into Vegas for our spring break vacation. They sent our driver, John, to our hotel in Vegas and he took us on a sightseeing tour see Hoover Dam on our way to the dealership (our two girls were with us). We arrived at the dealer and were handed of to Brittany to complete the transaction. To avoid paying AZ sales tax, we went to Needles CA to do an out of state sale. The entire process at the dealer took about 3.5 hours. The only gripe I have is they gave the car to me with a little less than 1/2 a tank of gas. I asked if they could fill it for me and I was told that they only fill used cars if they are under 1/4 tank. But they had real food items and drinks for the family.

Everyone has been helpful. They just don’t have the inventory which seems to be typical for this model at this time.
