Scheduling the appointment was simple/convenient, staff at the dealership(service team) alerted me to the recall item and were able to complete this work in addition to the initial items I had requested .
The sales rep was good, but I felt hostile. After paying everything in the finance room I came to know I need to pay additional around USD 1400 extra for some DMV tax etc that was never communicated to me before my 3000 out of pocket should cover everything. This is my third consecutive lease from Nissan Finance and I never had this kind of experience. The finance guy tried to push me to pay the amount and keep changing my monthly instalment. But when I decided to break the deal he was able to adjust that amount but still, I need to pay additional around 300 for some DMV work etc and my monthly payment still went up by around 1 dollar what I promised before. I guess this entire thing was a setup and they try to get this additional cost recovered from you. Very disappointing.
Nissan World of Spingfield NJ was very responsive and accomadating and fulfilled my wishes of my new vehicle. The sales team was very polite and courteous when I arrived at the dealership. I am very happy with the whole process. This was the easiest best experience I have ever had with getting my new vehicle.
Tarkan our sales rep. was very pleasant throughout our buying process and made us very comfortable. He also involved his sales manager who also was very honest and address all of our concerns . I would definitely be a repeating customer once my new lease is up .
These guys were amazing. Bent over backwards to make the deal I was looking for. Spent almost 5 hours at the dealership which was a little longer than I expected but left with a certified pathfinder and a smile on my face.
Excellent service, agcknoweledged my oil change needs.

I have purschesed new vechile at a different dealership and received 1 year free oil change service. I had brought the vechile for first oil change to rat 22 Nissan who did agknoweledge the free oil change service without any problem. Excellent customer service.
