Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

We’re so grateful for Stephen’s help after we lost our car in an accident. During a stressful time, he showed us genuine kindness and gave us his full time and attention. He took the time to research options and help us locate a new car that would fit our needs. We truly appreciated his patience, care, and dedication throughout the process. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a thoughtful, attentive salesperson.

I have driven Nissan vehicles for many years. I find them stylish, dependable, comfortable, & fuel efficient. And, the safety features are great! They are also price competitive with similar manufactures vehicles. My 2923 is a good looker and exceeds my expectations.

Luther INFINITI of Bloomington review
I recently purchased a QX60 from Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. From my first contact with Aaron, he stayed in contact with me to include providing me a personal video of the vehicle I was interested in/buying. This personal experience separated Aaron from other dealerships who wanted my business. I’m from out of state, but didn’t mind coming to Luther Infiniti of Bloomington to make this purchase. My next Infiniti will be from this dealership. Thanks Aaron and Dan Nelson

Excellent customer service and buying experience. Their prices are amazing, and I always trust a place that works on their own cars. Picked up an Audi SQ5 and thoroughly enjoyed the three hour drive home.
2023 Nissan Altima review
Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Walser Nissan Burnsville review
I’m not a fan of shopping for new vehicles, it always seems so pushy and fake. I got the opposite treatment with Anthony Pitts. It was like hanging out with a friend, no pressure and when he didn’t know something he would go find out, not try to make something up on the spot. There was no haggling over prices and then trying to sneak things by you. Open, transparent and super friendly. I came pre approved and they got me an even lower rate! This was easily the best experience buying a vehicle that I’ve ever had and plan to keep my business at Walser.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience at Walser Automotive in Coon Rapids! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with friendly, welcoming service and genuine professionalism. Amos and the sales manager were both wonderful to work with. They made the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable without any pressure. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel like they truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle. We purchased a 2024 Toyota Camry, and our daughter absolutely loves it! We couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or with the experience we had at Walser. Thank you, Amos and the entire team, for making buying a car such a positive experience. We would definitely recommend Walser Coon Rapids to family and friends! 🚗❤️

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.
