Brandon did his best to take care of me and my vehicle. He had a few small hiccups, but it was a learning experience for him. Nobody is perfect and throughout the entire service experience, he was polite, cordial, created a welcoming environment, and was attentive to everything that was brought to his attention. He is a valuable member of the service department. The work that was provided by the system tech was exceptional and made visible as well as confirmed as credible. He is another valuable asset, however, I don't know his name. Please give both members of this team a bonus or recognition for absolutely fantastic service.

I spoke with Ashley over the phone. She was so helpful. She found me a car based on my needs. She went ahead and started the process over the phone for me, stay in contact with me about which day I could come etc. She made sure when I got there the guys that finished the process up for me knew I was coming etc. Walked in they was ready and knew exactly what I came for. Both Ryan and Melvin was also so helpful and made the finishing process so easy. Best car buying experience I have had. A big thank you to Ashley, Ryan and Melvin.

Was in for belts, hoses, water pump at 183,000 miles on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. Drained and changed fluids and other milestone work. Took in in Friday morning, was given a loaner, and picked in up Saturday afternoon. The main service writer was off Saturday, so I didn?t get the usual curtesy updates on the status and had to call to check on it myself. That?s my only negative comment. Work was done to my satisfaction and with quality parts.

If you want an alternative to Big CarMax this is the place. They have showroom condition cars at much lower prices then dealers and CarMax . They have a great reputation and have been selling cars for some time now. Family- run everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. They get some great low mileage automobiles. It's definitely worth the trip if you're within 75 miles of this dealership. They tend to keep their prices very competitive for the market. Also with a lot lower mileage than some. I will be back to this dealership in the future. Don't be afraid to take the drive.

I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

Scott Clark ToyotaReviews
Scott Clark Toyota review
We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

I am grateful for the assistance and expertise that Kristina Adams provided during the purchasing process. She was prompt with email correspondence. I especially appreciated the fact that she heard my preferences and exceeded expectations.

CarMax Independence BoulevardReviews
CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!

Tina was a great help to me. She was knowledgeable, helped me with an auto selection and kept me informed re arrival of the Rav-4 from a different location. I would definitely recommend Tina.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.
