I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro4x from Suntrup Nissan in May of this year unfortunately I bought a lemon up a truck in after supper repairs Nissan corporate has agreed to replace my truck with a brand new 2019 . Suntrup Nissan has been there through every phase in every aspect of this complicated situation. however the real story here is my salesman Joe he has been dealing with this since May and it is now November he has dealt with me he has dealt with his sales managers and he has dealt with Nissan corporate daily weekly through this whole process he does he is an amazing sales man who has went above and beyond the call of duty I highly recommend Jojo to anyone looking for a vehicle . Kudos to Nissan corporate for fixing this kudos to Suntrup Nissan for being there but Joe you are a rockstar thank you for all your efforts in all you have done throughout this complicated situation !!!!!!

I cannot fathom what I would have done if I did not find Kelly Roussin at Suntrup Nissan of South County automotives!!! I was just hired in a school district which is 2.5 hours away and needed a set of wheels ASAP! To say the least, my credit was shot due to school loans; a recent forclosure; a past repossession and more!! The plus to this story is my new pay was close to 6 figures!!! I went to several car dealers, including a Cadillac dealer the same day and was turned down for a 16K used car - dispite having an almost 6 figure salary!! How embarrassing is that!! :( I went to Suntrup after hearing about their claim to get you in a car if you make at least $350 a week... I thought this was another gimmick!! To my surprise, Ms. Kelly went to work after asking a few questions about my finances and work history and Wallah I drove off in a 2015 low mileage certified Kia Optima!! One of the best cars on the road today!! Kelly was candid and forthright about everything!!! So if you have a similar situation like mines it pays you to go see fantastic, kind, considerate Kelly!!! You will be on the road in seconds!!

My husband and I went to Suntrup Nissan on Friday 7/14/17 and although they were crazy busy Staphen spent time with us explaining the differences between the Nissan Rogue & Rogue Sport. We went in thinking we wanted a Nissan Rogue Sport & learned we actually wanted a Nissan Rogue. Staphen allowed us to test drive many different vehicles: Murano, Rogue Sport, & Rogue. We then sat with Joe and asked so many questions that I thought we might over stay our welcome. Joe was great and answered all questions with a smile. My husband & I decided to go home and figure out what we wanted and instead of being pressured to buy we were invited to return that next morning, if we wanted to move forward. Glad we did! When we arrived on Saturday morning we were greeted warmly and kindly. Staphen helped us to decide how to move forward (lease vs purchase) and had us test drive again to make sure we purchased what we wanted. Joe & Staphen worked hard to get our notes down to were we had budgeted and never made us feel rushed. They truely went above and beyond to make our experience an exciting and happy time. Thank you gentlemen for never making us feel rushed, unwanted, or uncomfortable like many saleman have in the past.

This is a long overdue review (July to be exact). Truly the best car dealership I have visited during my many months of searching for the right car/SUV. My sister and I came all the way from Tulsa, Oklahoma to look at vehicles and possibly make a purchase, I am excited to say that we are now both new owners of Nissan Rogues. Staphen made the process very easy and seamless. If you want someone to get you exactly what you want, Staphen is the guy! He was able to get me the color Rogue with the interior I wanted and did not ask me to comprise like others. He will really negotiate on your behalf and present a great price. His hospitality is not only at the dealership but extends beyond that. Staphen truly answered the phone whenever we had questions and even helped to make sure we could properly register our vehicles. I gave a rating of five stars because of Demi, she is an absolute ray of sunshine. Her spunk and positivity is something that can make even the most stressful situations (ex. buying a car) into a joy. She cares about my concerns, is a fantastic listener and responds accordingly with respect and an upbeat attitude. Any doubts or questions I may have she takes the time to make sure I am happy, well informed, and 100% satisfied with my choices. I ranked the dealership five stars as well because in my experience most dealerships are quite similar, however the sunshines a little brighter here because of a stellar associate like Demi Davis, she makes the difference. I would very much recommend coming to Suntrup Volkswagen and asking for Demi for a great experience.

The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. Take it for what it's worth. Ask for Matt Sanders and you also will find yourself wanting to praise the service you receive.

I've owned my 2018 Kicks for three months and have put 7,000 miles on it. I have to be fair, so as a little upfront "disclaimer," I bought the Kicks after owning a 2013 Altima SL for 4 years, which I bought used and LOVED. However, after putting 100,000 miles on it quicker than I thought I would, I needed to trade it in with negative equity (there were other issues with the car that I couldn't afford to fix). So, it's important to understand I was a little spoiled before buying the Kicks. First, the Pros... The car seems to get decent gas mileage. By that, I mean that the electronic gauges indicate I get an everage of 32.5 mpg. Keep in mind that I put a minimum of 70 miles per day 5 days a week on this car, with 60 of those miles being low traffic highways in 55 to 70 mph speed zones. I love the parking assist cameras. These show an aerial view of the spot I'm pulling in or out of. After 30 years of driving, I'm still not the best at parking a vehicle, so this is a big plus for me. I also love the blind spot sensors. These alert both while driving and while pulling out of a parking space. Living in east Texas where tons of people drive oversized pick up trucks, with a car this small, that's a BIG plus when getting out of parking spaces! I like having two USB ports for charging that the back passengers can use. My teenagers find this the most important feature of the car lol. The backseat and cargo area are surprisingly roomy for the compact size of the vehicle. I love having a removable hard shell privacy cover for the cargo area as well. Finally, I like the way my Kicks looks on the outside. I get questions and compliments on it. It's a cute little car! Now the Cons... My main complaint is the size of the gas tank. It's like between 10 and 11 gallons. I literally have to get gas like every other day. Two and a half days, tops. I guess I don't understand why they'd build a car with great gas mileage, knowing consumers with long commutes would buy it, and give it a gas tank that tiny. The seats are like sitting on concrete. No exaggeration. It takes me 40 minutes to get to work, and yes, I'm a curvy girl, but my behind shouldn't start hurting the way it does after driving this car for only a short distance. There is one arm rest, for the driver of course... one. It's about 2 inches wide, covered with scratchy material, and not padded well at all. So, it's lose-lose whether you're the driver (uncomfy rest) or the passenger (no rest at all). For some reason, the designers thought it a good idea to use some cheap silver-coated pieces in the "high traffic" area of the arm rest/handle on the inside of the doors. Within a week, this looked scratched up and old. Not thought out well at all. The cameras, while I love the parking and blind spot assists, have to be cleaned a wiped down EVERY SINGLE DAY. Even after that, the rear one still looks blurry. Not once since I drove it off the lot has it looked like it did when I did the test drive. Now for the issues I hope to get fixed when I get the chance to take it back to Nissan for work... The technology has bugs. When I try to use my ipod (yes, I know, old school), the songs randomly skip, like literally similar to a scratched 45 record (also old school, I know). I had to switch my music to a USB flash drive, which works, but I lost a lot of options that come with ipod (for on-screen menus, etc.). The flash drive works, but I wish I could use my ipod. The display screen in the car (used for everything, of course... radio, ipod, satellite, parking cameras, etc.) doesn't work sometimes. By that, I'd say an average 3 times a week it freezes up or blanks out. I've had to pull over, turn the car off, and restart to get it working again. There's also the A/C - heater issues. The temperature doesn't adjust according to what the read out indicates. It literally blows either really hot, or cold. I can't feel the in-between temperatures or get comfortable a lot of the time. To be fair, I will update the last few paragraphs after my visit to the Nissan service shop.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
