My old car died. They did what they could for a trade in. Gave me more than the Ford dealership would do. They were easy to work with on the purchase. There was one small issue after I purchased the vehicle and they helped me figure out what the problem was even though they had no legal obligation to look into it. No issues with the car once we figured out that minor interior noise issue. I would recommend checking out their lot before going to a full service dealership. You can tell they love the car business.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!

I was very nervous about going to a dealership to buy a car because of all the horror stories I have heard about high pressure sales tactics. About a month ago I came looking to trade my old vehicle in for a used car. The salesman I worked with, Josh Arnold, did a great job asking questions about what I was interested in and my budget. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. I ended up purchasing a used Cadillac, which I am very pleased with. I never felt pressured, got a very fair price on my trade, and was able to work out a deal I felt good about. The entire staff was pleasurable to work with. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise!
