Service was done quickly and thoroughly. I was pleased to see the service rep. mention my GM points to see if I could get any discount on my new wipers. And, yes there was a notable discount. Thanks for that! Service department employees were all very nice, conversational and professional.

To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

I will start out by saying I have never owned a nissan but this experience has changed me. From no pressure sales to everyone in the dealership including Stephen our sales person. I came in only to look ans the knowledge of the sales team I sat down and talked options and what do you know I walked out with a new suv.
