This car is a pleasure to drive. It handles very well, the 360 view cameras are hands down one of the best features. I wish it has speakers in the 3rd row. Also, updating the navigation system is not free.
My experience would have received 5 stars, unfortunately my Internet Sales Associate was the reason it only received 4 stars. I travelled almost 2 hrs to see, test drive and ask questions about the Nissan Altima I purchased. Upon arrival the sales associate was friendly, firm handshake and all. After speaking with the Financial Manager and discussing my plans of making a cash payment but needed to take a few days to think about the purchase, the sales associate's entire demeanor changed. He had no words for me as I was leaving and barely wanted to shake my hand. He acted as if I were nothing and because I did not make the purchase on that day he had nothing else to offer me as for RESPECT. I decided the next day to make the purchase. I dealt with the financial manager instead of the sales associate and stated that if I could have my way the associate WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION off the purchase. Thank You D. Minyard(Financial Manager) for your professionalism as for your Internet Sales Associate I would not recommend anyone to make a purchase through him. Thank You.
My Second Pathfinder

Traded my 2013 Pathfinder at 66,000 miles for new 2018 model. Prior to purchase of my 2013 model, I test drove Pilot, Highlander, Traverse, Mazda CX-5, Cherokee and Sorrento. Pathfinder was best value for ride, room and overall performance for this class SUV.
Very easy to get to 3rd row seats, with just as much room as the others (ignore experts’ comment about the room. 3rd row seats are always for small kids for this class vehicle).
Was pleased with my first Pathfinder; even more pleased with second Pathfinder.
My 3rd vehicle with CVT; love that smooth "no-shift" transmission.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This SUV meets the my needs and the needs of my family. My son loves the BOSE speaker system. Hopefully we will be driving this car for years to come.

This car is very comfortable, spacious, robust with plenty of safety features..
We loved the 2 moon roofs, the third row for my 7yo. The Bose System is amazing..and driving it feels very classy on the road and reliable.
The engine is strong a quite!
We loved the heated seats front and second row, we wished if third row was also heated.
Navi System is easy and the infotainment System is very advanced. All is all, we found the car we want and we are happy with it :)
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Ongoing issues. Lots. Under 3000km lost the heater, computer, navigation, and the transmission. Around the 9000 km mark now. Nissan Canada advised me they "Cannot do anything because each dealer is independent ". UNBELIEVABLE. Thanks for nothing
Take the money and run. 6 Dec, lost the audio, stereo, heater, centre console again today. Stay away from Timmins Nissan.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

This car was everything I wanted and more! It has luxury, style, and so much space!! It drives like a dream! So very pretty, too!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Headlamps Crack Heat/Cold

Great SUV. However, two main problems to date at 48,000 and at 50,000 miles:
1) Hot/cold temperature extremes cause multiple small cracks (20) when headlights on in 20 degree temps. 48,000 and 50,000. One small became one large. No manufacturer recall. $540 each.
2) Cooling fan fails at 50,000. Known problem. No manufacturer recall. $850.
My experience here at Conyers Nissan was great. BJ Walls got the job done. I didn't feel pressured nor rushed to make a deal.

The Pathfinder has a very smooth ride and very quiet. Ours is a Platinum, so it has all the bells and whistles. Lots of cargo room with the 3rd seat folded. The memory settings for two are a favorite feature. We each set the seat, steering wheel, and outside mirrors to suit us and it will automatically reset when we use our individual key fobs or the buttons inside. Only minor complaints are the tiny seat heater knobs. They are impossible to read in the daytime. And the button to change radio settings is too easy to hit by accident in normal driving. Other than those little things, the interior is very nice.
Performance is adequate., it is a big vehicle. I do wish it had a regular transmission as the CTV seems to rod some power. Highway mileage is excellent returning 28+ MPG. In town has been in the low 20's. This is as good or a little better than the Murano we had previously. That car gave us over 10 tears of trouble-free service.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
Comfortable car for a large family

When we decided to buy a car for our large family we were thinking about a minivan. But then we found Nissan Pathfinder with seven seats. We loved to have a whole family together plus to have SUV comfort.

Very spacious and comfortable car but not reliable technically.In just 2 years fan started noising and dealer not taking responsibility to c over repair expenses because it has 62k mileage on it.
Hands down this was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER! My senior sales consultant was Shenita Monroe at Carmax Norcross , who was an excellent salesperson to buy my 2015 Subaru Outback car from . Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . We immediately liked the car when we went to the dealership. After two years of driving it we have noted some issues that could be improved upon. Many of the controls (seat heating and cooling), steering wheel heating controls are difficult to see-is it on or off?? I realize that space is at a minimum for these controls but some upgrades could be made. We also love the head lights although we are frequently flashed by oncoming drivers because they must be too bright or too high. Curious if any other owners have experienced this issue. On a recent recall, the dealer loaned us an Altima and we found the headlights to be just the opposite--needed more light.
Jesus is always amazing. He explains everything I need to know and takes his time to help me understand why and not just throw prices at me. He provides excellent customer service.
