I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I started our car search for a few weeks leading up to my end of lease. I have driven a Nissan car for 15 years because of the quality of cars. My husband and I are both bankers so we understand financial sales and are big on making sure the numbers make sense. (I also see buying a car as a big commitment). All that being said, Jim and the staff at Martin Nissan were exceptional. Our indecisiveness kept us there for over 4 hours! Never once did the staff make us feel rushed. They made us feel like they wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. Jim and Fred didn???t leave the dealership until 10:30pm! I felt horrible but they reassured me that it was OK. Sam was so genuine and real. He made my experience so easy and exciting. Everyone says how dreadful car buying can be but this dealership made it so simple! I couldn't be more grateful. There were a couple things wrong with the car but Sam said he would fix the issues right away. Claudia is just the best. She makes you feel so comfortable and has a great sense of humor. Definitely, reccomend giving them a shot!
