Got there when opened at 7am promptly took car in for reg. Oil change. Done quick, very pleasant service young lady Olivia Santoy went over all & suggested tire rotation & balance soon. Waiting area wasn't at its best like USUAL but severe thunderstorm & tornado watch/warning may have sent them home early evening before.

The best car I have owned. Bought it brand new, now I have about 30,000 miles on it and I have had zero problems! Take care of your car and you won’t have any problems!

There buying process is pretty simple and easy, easier than I thought it would be! And I received great service and have no complaints, plan on buying my next car from them as well!

I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Fantastic dealership. They worked with me and dealt with every curveball from credit issues to simple communication problems without skipping a beat. Got the truck I wanted at a great price, better than just about every dealer in the region. Even helped me turn in my rental and detailed the truck before driving it off the lot, and gave me a gas card for some extra drive time, DESPITE the dealership having been closed for the day when the deal was done. You could tell their priority was getting me a vehicle I was happy with, not making a sale, which was a huge relief. Personable staff, honest dealing. Would recommend them any day of the week!

Fast, friendly and thorough. The hot chocolate and snacks do not hurt my feelings either. Waiting area is clean, nice and comfortable.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. The sales experience overall was good. There were some bumps and hurdles which is what has it ranked at 4/5 Stars. My husband is who made the purchase. LT was my original salesman. He is awesome! I told him everything my husband was looking for, and to make sure Wood Nissan could possibly help with his trade situation, He assured me we were looking at the right vehicle and we just needed to come in. When we came in to get the appraisal and do the test drive, LT wasn't in, so we did everything with Steve. Who was very patient with my husband, and was very knowledgeable about the Rogue. So then everything began with the application. The terms originally, were very doable and favorable. Due to my husband being an independent contractor, is where the issues fell. JT was sales manager, I believe and I appreciate how straight forward he was. He did help us out by giving us more for his trade in. The issue was the bank we got the approval from having us send documents constantly, the same stuff over and over. Mario did put our mind at ease by staying on the bank to get the loan funded. But the fact the bank turned around and shortened the loan making the monthly payments higher was where the bad part of the finance experience came in. But my husband loves his new car and is glad he was able to trade his old car in instead of having a repo! So thank you guys for helping us!

Cole was the agent who checked me in. He was very nice, and told me about how long it would take for my car to get serviced. The car was done earlier and he shared the service report with me. A very great experience!!
