Nissan of Downtown L.A.Reviews
Nissan of Downtown L.A. review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Amazing Experience with Miriam Diazvicente! I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Nissan of Downtown, all thanks to Miriam Diazvicente! She helped both my husband and me get our new cars, and both experiences were absolutely amazing! When my husband went in to trade in his car, Miriam went above and beyond to make sure we found the best option for our family. She took the time to explain all the available financing and leasing options, making sure we understood everything before making a decision. She even walked us around to look at multiple vehicles until my husband found the one he really wanted. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to our needs and wants. Before we knew it, we were driving off in his new car! That experience alone made me know exactly who I wanted to go to when it was time for me to get my own car. And sure enough, we went right back to Miriam! The original car I had my heart set on didn't end up working out, but Miriam didn't give up on finding me something I would love. She took the initiative to go out and search for another vehicle that would fit what I was looking for, and she found it! I absolutely LOVE my new car, and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. What really sets Miriam apart is that she doesn't make you feel like you're just another sale. She genuinely cares about making sure you're happy, comfortable, and confident in your decision. Her patience, dedication, and outstanding customer service made both of our car-buying experiences stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ASK FOR MIRIAM DIAZVICENTE! You will not regret it! We are officially a Nissan family because of her! ❤️🚗 Thank you so much, Miriam, for taking such great care of both of us and helping us find cars we love. You're truly the BEST, and we appreciate you more than you know! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Hawthorne Motors ExpressReviews
Hawthorne Motors Express review
We needed a car for our business and we found Hawthorne motors express. I cannot say enough great things about my experience! From start to finish, they were absolutely spectacular. Sara was awesome! Their pricing was honest and fair, and they were willing to work with us without any pressure or haggling. It was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared more about helping us find the right vehicle than making a sale. They treated us like family from the moment we walked in. They were transparent, trustworthy, and always looked out for our best interests. The quality of their vehicles is excellent, and they took the time to make sure everything on our car was working perfectly before we drove away. What impressed me most was the level of care and follow-up after the sale. They didn't just hand us the keys and move on--they made sure we were happy and that everything continued to run smoothly. The entire experience was stress-free, professional, and enjoyable. If you're looking for honest people, great cars, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend them. This experience was so wonderful that I will absolutely be returning to shop for my second car with them. They've earned a customer for life! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

2023 Nissan Rogue review
So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Anthony Lisica was extremely helpful in the buying process. He helped make the buying process as easy as possible. We showed up with an appointment for a specific vehicle on the lot. We test drove it and moved to start the buying process. We got a discount off the sticker price and made a deal. From there we did the paperwork and purchased a new Tacoma. Anthony helped make the deal happen and we could not be happier with the purchase. Thank you Anthony Lisica and DCH Toyota of Torrance!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Budget Car Sales of NorwalkReviews
Budget Car Sales of Norwalk review
I had the best car sales experience of my life here, it was easy, no pressure and positive. I found the car online, it was a cherry 2016 Mustang Eco-sport Premium, called to confirm it was still available and made an appointment to come see it in person. Craig Wick was an awesome salesman, very personable, super chill and knowledgeable; his office was full of music memorabilia and his desk itself looks like a piece of art. He took time to go over what I wanted, he even took the time to show me a music video and talk show clip based on our conversation. Craig let me drive the car on city streets and the highway, taking as long as I needed to feel comfortable. They gave me a fair, no-hassle price for a certified used car (that included the free CARFAX info) and didn’t try to talk me into buying lots of extras; they presented available options and answered all my questions. Craig used to restore Mustangs and let me know that the car color used to be known as Strawberry, now it’s called Ruby Red, but I love the Strawberry better and it was fun to learn about the historic information. Craig’s sales manager David Gallardo took the extra time to find me a better interest rate based on my credit because he felt there had to be a better rate for my excellent history. Then David spent nearly a full hour showing me how my car’s system worked, finished getting me set up (Craig helped get it started) and made sure everything was working correctly. They put a big bow on the car and take your picture with your new purchase, a nice touch! I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them without any reservations.

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

2023 Nissan Rogue review
Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.
