Flawless experience, having 3 local Nissan dealers around me in New Jersey and quite unhappy with the whole process I ended up at Staten Island nissan, the staff and service were exceptional, the showroom looks so fresh and very comfortable, the entire sales process was smooth, I will definitely come back for my fourth Nissan here, very well worth the trip.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Leonardis over the phone and subsequently visited to pick up my vehicle. Stephen was honest and straightforward, which saved me a significant amount of time and frustration. His knowledge and helpfulness were evident throughout the entire process. He took the time to ensure I was well taken care of by the finance manager, Rahual Khan. I would highly recommend Stephen to others.

Ricardo is one of the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with in car buying. He went above and beyond just to make sure I was 100% comfortable. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother, and it’s all because of him. Super trustworthy team too. Thank you so much for my beautiful ride.
2023 Nissan Sentra review
Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Sharone helped me lease my new car and made the process super easy and fast. Never felt pressured or rushed. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles and made us feel comfortable in our choices. He never kept us waiting and the car was ready when expected for pickup. The finance department was efficient in the process.

It's a great car, I came from a 2013 Toyota Corolla with 190,000 mi on it. I may be slightly biased but it's very quick and sips gas. If you're looking for a transportation vehicle, I would totally recommend this. It's a beautiful car with lots of technology and very stylish exterior.

Our Salesman, Mark Hickman was very patient, professional and caring. My daughter & I were not rushed even after we changed the car we originally came in for. Mark had the car pulled out and placed under the Service dept awning prior to us getting there so we were not out in the hot sun. When we asked to see the other car he gladly assisted us. The sale went smoothly and my daughter ended up with a car she just loves. We sat with Carlos, the Sales Manager as we completed the process. Carlos answered any questions we had and was courteous and professional throughout the transaction. Mitsubishi dealerships are getting fewer unfortunately and this dealership is not that convenient for us to travel to, however after the service that was provided the little bit of inconvenience was well worth the trip!

Hello my name is Ann Tansey and I am a proud owner of the Nissan Kick. I have purchased three cars thus far from Nissan. The Nissan Ultima, Nissan, rogue sport, and Nissan rogue RV, I loved all of them and the salesman very important his name was Manny. Nissan has an exemplary employee. He has top notch personality and has great patience when I felt stressed. In addition to all my compliments he was extremely easy to talk to as well as knowledgeable. Thank you Nissan and thank you Manny!

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Very pleasant to talk to. Problem was they are only internet people not actual sales people. Their price was somewhat high PLUS the added a document fee of $900. That alone would kill the deal. There are many Stelvios available at this time and prices have been coming down. I am not in a rush.

Our objective was to lease a 2017 Nissan Maxima. All of the representatives we interacted with made this a pleasant experience. The people who assisted us were Damiano, Richie, Paul ( finance mgr ) and Dave ( mgr ). Within a couple of hours we left with the vehicle we were interested in and drove home with our new leased car. I was pleased how they facilitated the transfer of my previously leased vehicle which had two months of payments remaining.

Lynnes Nissan review
I had a great experience at Lynnes Nissan, and I want to personally thank Jimmy, the Sales Manager, and Sheldon, my Sales Consultant, for taking such good care of me throughout the process. I came in with some hesitation after reading a few mixed reviews online, but Jimmy and Sheldon quickly put my concerns at ease. They were professional, honest, patient, and stood by their word. Everything they told me was handled as promised, and I truly appreciate the level of service they provided. I am sincerely happy with my purchase and with the way I was treated. Jimmy, Sheldon, and the team made the process smooth, respectful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Lynnes Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

Lynnes Nissan review
I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year, while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed, gave me great advise, different options but the job must have been done. Yes that driver on the parkway cost me to spend thousands of dollars but with Mike D’Aloa and the Nissan crew made my car running great again. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services. Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air, without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price, the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.
