Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. 2022 Nissan Titan review
This truck is fantastic. Does everything I need it to do and looks good doing it. Towing is a breeze. I love that I can check my trailer lights with the FOB. Interior is comfortable and easy to navigate. Love the apple car play. There is plenty of storage for all our stuff and the kids. You get a lot of truck for the price.
