This dealership and the people there are amazing. They take care of you and make the process of buying a car easy and enjoyable. I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was ready later that day with everything done! The dealer even called to follow up on my experience. Thanks, Lunde!
Darrell was a great non pressuring salesman. He let us take the time we needed to find the perfect car. Once we decided on a Terrain the management and finance department was also great and had us in and out quickly. Would recommend if you looking for a new car and ask for Darrell.
What a fantastic car buying experience! Goldie’s had the exact SUV we were looking for with super low miles. It was practically brand new. I bought a car from John here in December 2017. The entire process was completely painless and even enjoyable. The showroom is wonderful, clean and all of the cars are well cared for. The test drive was not rushed and I loved the car. John found me the best financing deal and I was out of there in no time! He even paid for my Uber to pick up the car! But that is not why I am writing this review. Yesterday I had an issue that the service center said wasn't covered in my warranty. I tried to plead my case but they weren't budging and it was going to be an $8,000 fix. Or trade in the car. I was desperate and called John to see if there was any way he could help me. Within hours he had the warranty covering my repair! I am ecstatic. I can't thank John and Goldie's enough. I have two more kids approaching driving age and we will be using Goldie’s exclusively!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.
First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.
I bought my first car with Keith. He was so laid back, straight forward, and accommodating. Didn’t pressure me like usual dealers. He made my first time experience so enjoyable and stress free. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. Great and honest people here.
