My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

Antwerpen Hyundai of Baltimore review
My husband and I had to shop for a car for our handicapped daughter who was recently paralyzed after surgery, The sales person, Berlinda Chandler, made this experience in shopping for a van to suit our daughter's needs was very professional, very caring and very informative. After we explained what our needs were she instructed us to view several vehicles, the Chrysler Pacifica being one of them, Our daughter, Latresce Bennett, was not able to be there at that time , however Berlinda took the extra time to speak with our daughter, who was in a nursing home, over the telephone and took extra time to even take the vehicle to the nursing home so that our daughter could make the final decision on the purchase of the vehicle, She was patient, kind, attentive and caring. Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Nissan of BowieReviews
Nissan of Bowie review
I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. And if they don’t have the exact car of your dreams on the lot, they will work quick to get you that car and will negotiate in good faith to get you a good deal. PS if you drive for Uber or do Uber Eats currently and have done at least 50 trips you can qualify for discounts on a large number of different new cars!
2026 Nissan Altima review
Very nice ride, quiet interior, big and easy display on dash, seats are comfortable, decent size trunk, awd will be a plus in winter. I have SR trim with the premium package so it is loaded with all the goodies. Only downside wish it had a little more zip like 30 more hp. But gas mileage is good around 33 hwy, 26 city on regular gas.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the experience was entirely different from any other dealership I have visited. The atmosphere was welcoming, low-pressure, and highly professional, making what is usually a stressful process completely enjoyable. A huge shoutout goes to Ali and Jason, who went completely above and beyond to assist me. They took the time to make sure I was disclosed everything line-by-line, leaving absolutely no room for doubt or hidden surprises. Their level of patience and dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable throughout the entire transaction. What stood out to me the most was how honest and transparent the entire team was. They walked me through all the paperwork, pricing, and vehicle history with total clarity, proving that they genuinely care about their integrity and their customers. It is rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of openness and trustworthiness. As for the vehicle itself, the car was in mint condition, exactly as described and beautifully detailed. It runs perfectly, and it is clear that Zarvo Motors only offers top-tier vehicles to their clients. I am thrilled with my purchase and give them a well-deserved 5/5 rating!
2021 Nissan Altima review
The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Purchased a new Ram 2500 Diesel. I live in WV, drove to Baltimore after working out a deal over the phone. My salesperson Rich and Mel, the finance manager, took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. Good price, good financing deal, in and out. Great experience.

Bob Bell Nissan Kia review
The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!

Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring review
My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. If you are seeking to purchase a new or leased vehicle, I recommend that you visit Infiniti of Silver Spring, and experience the quality customer service .

I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!

2022 Nissan Maxima review
I OWN A 2016 MAXIMA SR AND I DRIVE THE HECK OUT OF IT, ONE OF THE BEST CARS I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. IT MAY NOT HAVE THE HORSE POWER, I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE, BUT IT WILL GIVE ANY CAR IN IT`S CLASS A RUN FOR IT`S MONEY. ROAD AND TRACK OR MOTOR TREND SAID IT WAS HARDLEY A 4 DOOR SPORTS CAR, MAYBE NOT BUT IT`S CLOSE. FROM 2016 TO 2023 IN MY OPINION, NISSAN HELD BACK ON THE NISSAN MAXIMA. HORSE POWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 350 HORES POWER
