I loved the way the car rode until it started "bucking" when stuck in traffic or when starting off from a dead stop. Not trans is shot at 87,000 miles! Thats crazy...

I was in the market for a new, reliable used car and spent @ a week and a half looking through half a dozen vehicle-listing sites. I narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles, 1 of which was a Toyota Corolla LE listed by Childre Nissan. Within a half an hour of reaching out to them wanting more information on the car, Leslie Madden reached out to me. She was fantastic helping me however I needed, to include her understanding I was looking at 2 cars and wouldn't be able to commit to a purchase right away. She went above and beyond to help me, with no assurances that their car would be the one I chose. Over the next day and a half, we worked through the process and I bought the car. Everything was done via texts, phone calls & over the internet, but I never felt like it was a distant relationship. I was given an very good price for my trade. They even delivered my new car to me, as well as taking my trade-in back! I am very, very happy with my experience with Childre Nissan. Leslie Madden, the sales representative who provided me invaluable help purchasing the car, and Josh Coffey, who also assisted me with the financing details, really seemed to care about me getting the car and helped me every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate buying again from them or referring someone else to them.

I had a series of concerns with my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and she walked me through every step of the issues, but more importantly she listened to my concerns. She even ensured that I was taken care of while she was out on vacation – I mean really, this is truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Many thanks to Brian Yeager, Manager of the Service Department, who handled my concerns while Angie was away. Brian equally has an exceptional team, and those representatives include Marcel and Damon who also helped me while Angie was away. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness and the exceptional customer service I received. Ultimately, I purchased a beautiful 2025 Nissan Kicks from Salesman Nicholas Ihuoma, who managed the purchase of my vehicle. Thanks so much Nicholas. Also, many thanks to Jose Alvarado Melgar who managed the finance piece for me. I must give; however, the biggest thanks to Michael Andersen, one of their newest salespeople who was assisting Nicholas. Michael walked me through the dealership and explained all the nuances of each of the cars I was interested in – literally everything about the Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Rogue and listened and talked to me about concerns I had with the Nissan Rogue. We walked up on the Nissan Kicks, and I knew that was my car. It wasn’t the color I wanted but Michael made sure that I got the beautiful Scarlet Ember color I wanted with the full package. I’ve never received a brand-new car with the hood, seats and tires covered in plastic, but Michael made sure that I was getting exactly what I asked for and I absolutely did.
