2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. 2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid review
Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!
