I visited Gene Pankey Motors after seeing some vehicles on their website that seemed interesting. There was no pressure, everyone was nice, it was a small store and they explained the care they go through to find these cars that it seems would be difficult for a "big dealership" would struggle to do when going through so much more inventory. I would normally be a little bit more skeptical about the little dealerships, especially on South Tacoma Way. They had the best interest rates around, and shopped me with all the best rates at all the credit unions in the area. After making my decision and applying for financing I was approved and able to leave in about 35 minutes to sign all the documents. It was nice not having to spend all day at a dealership. Glad I stopped by this place.

I had the best buying experience with Nhat!! He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. His colleague Jeff was just as amazing. Although someone in finance called out that day, another person was in labor which left one finance rep who was in training and the other rep spread pretty thin and took longer than it should have it was Nhat and Jeff who made my vehicle purchase a class act event! I also brought my car back a few days later with concerns and Molina my service advisor was fantastic. While I can’t speak for everyone’s experience I can tell you mine was A++++, top notch, and trust me as someone in their 50s who has purchased plenty of cars in their lifetime I did lots of research and test drove quite a few cars from Olympia all the way to Everett and everywhere between. My 2nd visit back to autonation for the same vehicle sealed the deal and I am beyond happy with my decision, my purchase and the exceptional service from Nhat and Jeff. I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

Dustin at Enumclaw Dodge is awesome! He was very patient, informative and zero pressure. He and the other folks at ECJD were very competitive on my trade value and pricing on a new Scat Pack Charger. In the end we were about $900 apart from a deal and I did not purchase but that was not due to their lack of effort, sometimes the deal just doesn’t make sense for both parties after all it is a business and they have a bottom line to meet as well. In any case if you are looking for a great deal with great folks who are competitive, honest and zero pressure do yourself a favor and head to Enumclaw and ask for Dustin. If there is a deal to be made, I am confident they will take care of you.

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.

He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.
