My Audi was repaired at the Collision shop. The right side view mirror was replaced as well as some dents on the door and trim.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This is probably the third or fourth time I’ve been to Vera. Every time the experience is excellent. I always feel appreciated as a customer if I’m buying a car or just coming in for service. The service department has always been accurate as to when my car would be ready and the sales people are always polite and not overly aggressive or passive. Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.

We've used every bit of utility this van has to offer. Normally we leave the 4th row out which leaves comfortable seating for 8 plus an enormous amount of space in the back for all the family's junk. This van easily accommodates 4x8 sheets of plywood stood on the long end with the 2 rows of seats still installed. There is nothing you can't do with this van! Except park it in a tight space. The long nose makes for a ridiculous turn radius.

Richie Reyes was the best. Make sure you ask for him for all your service needs. He really took care of me and always takes care of me every time I go. He’s the best only guy I see all the time.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

When we first started looking for a car, I wasn’t in any rush—I had a couple of months and just wanted to explore options. We had visited another dealership prior, and while the salesperson there was very nice, nothing really stood out. We stopped by Mike Maroone with no intention of buying that day.
