James Jennings is the best salesman to go to. He knows the cars In the lot. Go to him he knows what he’s talking about.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Rusty Wallace Honda review
Easy experience. Michael McGuiness is a fine salesman, giving me insights on the Civic I didn’t have. When the weather was threatening to turn bad the weekend I was coming to finalize the deal, they had a driver deliver my car to my work 190 miles away ! Now that’s service. My only complaint was no manual in glovebox, but if the dealership can’t find one, Honda will send one free. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
2025 Toyota Sienna review
Pros: Great family car for hauling people or gear. Handles well and has a surprisingly short steering radius. Cons: Not a lot of power and the engine revs are small engine sounding. Rear camera image is grainy. No wireless CarPlay and wireless charger is garbage. Back seat mirror is so small it is worthless. Trim looks a little cheap with some sort of faux wood plastic in the center console.

AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

Frank was diligent and transparent throughout the whole process. It made it easy working with him at the distance. I can highly recommend if you want to avoid the hassle of all the dealerships that make you be there in order to have the final price of the vehicle.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Knox Auto House review
We saw the car that we are interested in online. Called about it and talked to Clint. Very helpful he was very helpful and sent us a video of the car. We decided on the price and flew in. We didn’t get into town until late Saturday night and even though they are not open on Sundays, Clint picked us up from the motel Sunday morning, in the car we were interested in, and took us back to his office. We were extremely impressed by Clint’s professionalism and honesty. We highly recommend them.

Rick McGills Airport Toyota review
I am not very easy to deal with but my salesman Joey Gilbert had such patience and especially the manager that I dealt with Pete, I am not sure of his last name. They make sure they do all that they can to get you totally satisfied with your deal. Pete himself (while wearing a tie and shirt) traded out step bars and installed a bed cover to get me satisfied enough to seal the deal that day. I am impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I won't forget that.
2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Best car buying experience all the way through financing. They have the best prices on their new vehicles and I received a good trade in value on my trade in. I have definitely found a new dealership moving forward.
2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

Rick McGills Airport ToyotaReviews
Rick McGills Airport Toyota review
This last Friday I went to Rick McGill Toyota to look at buying a used 2004 Ford F150 that I had talked to Siera about. I drove the truck and looked it over and decided to buy even though it had a check engine light on. On Saturday morning I had the computer checked and the reason for the light was a timing issue with the fix being timing chains replacement or engine replacement. I don't believe anyone at the dealership knew for sure because it had just recently been traded in. So, I went straight back to the dealership, even though I had made the deal on Friday along with all the paperwork....the truck was mine. I asked to talk to someone in charge and Rick McGill came over and talked to me. He was very concerned that the situation even happend and wanted to help. He kept the truck and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They called me on Monday afternoon and said they would not be able to sell me that truck and wanted me to come back and talk to them about a different truck and gave me a 2010 Ford f150 4wd....a truck that was 6 years newer than the one I brought back. To make a long story short, I made several friends over the last 6 days. Have a super honest dealship that I will return to in years to come and left there this afternoon feeling great.. If you don't give Rick McGill a shot, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your car buying expierence. I now own the 2010 F150 and my payment only went up by 29.00. I am writing this in the best mood I have ever been in when I have had to deal with a car dealership. Do yourself a favor.....go see John Bushmann....my salesperson and get the highest level of respect from a dealership that has shown that they really care. From OWNER, to FINANCE MANAGER. to SALESMAN. these folks know how to treat their customers.

I brought my car in for routine oil change. The employee that checked me in (Efran) was very personable and nice. They kept me in the loop of things that possibly needed changed in the future. Overall waiting room area was nice and clean. They completed the job in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with my service.
2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

I have a 2021 Kia Sedona EX I bought new just went over 28000 miles first oil change did mobil 1 synthetic and drove to Florida and NC coastal multiple times decent gas mileage plenty of room I don't have a problem with the rear seats but my sister has an Odyssey and the rear seats are a little easier but if you want to spend 20 grand extra for some better folding rear seats you got it better than me 5 out of 5 stars for this guy thanks 👍

My experience was amazing. I went, I saw what I wanted, and purchased. The staff were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!!!
2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Was at the Alcoa hwy location and was told to go up the hill for an oil change since they had a 10am spot open the same day. When I arrived, several people were told the same thing. Efran was very knowledgable and professional throughout the process. He made sure all of us were fit in that day. I’ll be bringing all my cars to him for oil service from now on.
2020 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Cars 4 U LLC review
After having a car accident in March where my car was totaled I found Cars 4 U on CarGurus. I was nervous because I had never bought a car pretty much online before. Mark was very nice and he guided me through it and kept in constant communication. I am now the owner of a Nissan Armada and I absolutely love my vehicle. Big shout out to Mark and Cars 4 U!!!!
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Rusty Wallace Nissan review
Had a car I wanted to buy before I showed up. Talked to Brady in sales who is super nice and straight forward. Had a great overall experience with Rusty Wallace Nissan and hope the service department can live up to that standard when I'm ready to take it in for service.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Dan Cummins Chevrolet Buick of GeorgetownReviews
Dan Cummins Chevrolet Buick of Georgetown review
Buying a vehicle online can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Dan Cummins made the entire process smooth, transparent, and surprisingly personal. I purchased my Jeep entirely over the internet, and from start to finish, the team was fantastic. They were honest, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they never made me feel like just another transaction. What really impressed me was how much care and attention they put into every detail—photos, descriptions, paperwork, and delivery were all handled with professionalism and integrity. Even from hundreds of miles away, I felt completely confident that I was in good hands. It's rare to find a dealership that combines online convenience with genuine human connection, but Dan Cummins nailed it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase—and I absolutely am. If you're considering buying a car online, you won't find a more honest and caring team than the folks at Dan Cummins. Highly recommended. Wayne.
2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone
