2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

2014 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

2004 Toyota Sienna review
All seats are comfortable, middle seats are foldable and removable. 3rd row seat folds into the floor. After 20 years, Ive just replaced the starter. 200, 000 miles and still runs like new. I really enjoy the 7, yes 7 drinkholders available for the front occupants. Also The 3 gloveboxes and the hidden storage under the armrests. No other van can compare. Best van Ive ever owned!

2013 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

2014 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I've had a 2007 Caravan that I drove for 7 years then sold still running well. Then bought a 2009 Grand Caravan that had a couple of minor electrical issues and sold it still running 2 years ago. Just bought another Grand Caravan (a 2014) and I'm hoping to get as much out of it as the others. Cargo space : Awesome, you can get 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back with the Stow N Go down and unlike a pick up your load stays dry. Not super but not bad on fuel. A Fairly comfy ride for around town and on trips but it's build more for family to-and-fros. I hear some folks complaining about transmissions but if you follow the recommended trans fluid and filter changes and don't try to haul anything too heavy you should be ok. I've never had an issue with any CG trans. If you're buying used and want to be sure - avoid any with hitches already on them or obviously had them on at some point. Bottom line for me - great vehicle, fits a tight budget, lasts without constant repairs, very utilitarian, useful investment. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

I highly recommend Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia to everyone I know who may be interested in the purchase of a new or pre owned vehicle. I have purchased three brand new vehicles from Parsons Kia over the past seven years. My first purchase of a new vehicle was in 2017 and at that time I was paying a 27 percent interest rate through a lender for four years on a pre owned vehicle (not purchased at Kia) and was what they call “upside down” with the value to debt left on this particular vehicle. I was interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle for the first time and Parsons Kia made that a reality. The salesperson I was directed to was and still is a stellar asset to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia. “Samantha Berry” saleswoman along with the finance department got me into a brand new Kia Forte with fair interest rate through Kia Financing themselves. I have never forgotten this experience in 2016. I took this car (only) to Parsons service department for all required maintenance. Each time my vehicle was due for service, the service department Scott, Debbie everyone in the service department made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape and included me on any needs or details my vehicle had. In 2019, I returned to Parsons Kia to trade in my Kia Forte at 5k still within plenty of life on warranty for a 2020 Kia Optima. I was happy to find my prior sales team was still with Parsons Kia, and immediately requested “Samantha Berry” again as she was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with my first purchase of the Forte. Again, stellar customer service by the entire sales team. They are so organized with the sale I was in and out purchasing the Optima within two hours! Moving to most recent, I was back at Parsons Kia, again just last week now being October 2023. Asking for “Samantha Berry” saleswoman just like she was family. I remember looking at her saying “remember me?” I come back to you every three years for my new Kia! Samantha remembers her clients and she again with impeccable customer service listens to my needs and has me test drive two vehicles the first of which I drove home in! A brand new 2023 Kia Sorento Xline EX that suits my needs and then some. I will always be a faithful customer to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia for their loyalty and commitment to me over these last seven years. EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2012 GMC Savana 1500 review
Bought slightly used with1400 miles. Excellent performance with power and economy. Only problems have been poor undercoating and corroding rims. Dealer reapplied undercoating under warranty and replaced the wheels with take-offs at cost.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

I was in for regular service and a repair and all of that was completed as expected / very well. It was easy to make the appointment online and the service rep, Oscar, kept us informed while they completed the work. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the service department now adds a 2% credit card fee and I was unaware of it until I was paying. If I had known in advance, I would have brought my checkbook to avoid the fee. It seems like it would be easy for them to clearly convey that info during the scheduling and check-in process.

2019 Honda Odyssey review
Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!
