My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.
I could see that this was a hectic, wild and busy event for everybody. Julian Napolitano, Roy Freda and Rob Motz still took the time to find the right vehicle within my budget. Thank you all. If you want to buy a car just tell them what you want and how much you can afford; they'll find it for you.
I highly recommend Surprise Honda. I had been car shopping for a few months, but Surprise Honda is the only dealership who impressed me.

In this day and age it is difficult to find organizations where the entire team from sales, finance, service and management place the customer/client first. Infinity on Camelback is such an organization. Their actions make it evident that they place high value on customer service.

I was in the market for a new very recently. Bounced around a few dealers and finally landed on an a vehicle at Audi. The experience with them was nothing short of a headache. It was back and forth, back and forth, always something else with them that became headache from a customer perspective. I then decided to reach out to Infiniti Scottsdale. Was put in touch with salesman Lee Jones. Lee from the second I first talked to him was nothing short of amazing as far as my car buying experience. I was transparent from the get go and he was on the same page the entire process. I can???t thank him enough for making this a simple and enjoyable experience. I love my new car. I highly reccomend Infiniti Scottsdale and even more so Lee Jones, the guy will without a doubt get it done! Thank you again!
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.
Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
