We recently purchased our second vehicle from Morong in Falmouth, ME and this experience was even better than the first. Miah, our sales consultant, was so easy and fun to work with. Andy, the used car sales manager, was wonderful and so great to chat with about the vehicles that we were considering. We had many questions about the mechanical and electronic systems of the SUVs, and we were very concerned about reliability. Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future. We felt great with our purchase from Miah and the team at Morong, and will certainly be returning for our next vehicle.

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

Aaron was so great to work with in purchasing our 1976 Lincoln Mark IV. From having the car checked out on a lift, taking additional pictures, delivery arrangements from CA to Delaware, and answering all types of questions. Purchasing a vehicle with an actual 26k miles and moving it across country, you have to depend upon the dealership to be truthful. Aaron was TOP NOTCH! Alex was terrific throughout the whole process. We do most of the negotiating by phone because I lived six hours away from Redondo Beach. I got there about 1:00 pm and was on my way home by 3:00 including the test drive. I will recommend Alex to my friends who looking for fine used cars.
