I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

First, this dealership has a beautiful showroom and service area. Purchasing my car from Randy was a pleasure and seamless experience. Second, I have now had two services performed and my service advisor Luis is areal professional; they take my car in on time and it is ready on time and they explain all that will be done. The best is when you pickup the car the work has been done to perfection and the car has been washed/detailed when you get it. I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealeship; if you want to have the same bring your car in.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Mercedes Benz at coconut Creek offers very good service from the dealer's agent. He was well accommodating and understands my need. He never leave me and offer for me to test all the models until I was satisfied.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

I just purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi Miami South. Ariel our sales consultant and the General Manager Florin Nista made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. For an SUV, car is very sporty and comfortable. Lots of safety features including the lane change assist feature. Great look with the 21" wheels and metallic color.

Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.
