My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! I came in to purchase a car with my daughter. It was her first time buying a car on her own and it took some negotiating because they were some extra fees on there and that I didn’t think were fair. .. Matt was our sales guy, and Mo helped with the negotiating that made the deal work to her budget! There were a few other gentlemen in the mix that night, friendly and accommodating.. of worked out well, and she is extremely happy with her purchase! I told him if you treat me right I would be back because I was in need of a car as well. I did return almost 2 weeks later with a different sales person, Kareem. He was a little overwhelming to be honest. And my experience with finance this time was not a good one, they had somebody new in finance and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience when he came down to them having the final numbers ready for me… MO came to The rescue again!!! He went out of his way, to finish the deal . That was 4th of July wknd and they were busy. and I had been here a while waiting… I would go back and recommend this dealership. .. certain mangers go above and beyond and made me feel better after having some concerns .. they made a deal happen for me that I could feel good about. Viviana and Fernando deserve a shout out!! I did leave someone out that I wanted to give a shout out to, I just can’t remember his name. I don’t know if it was Matthew in the used car department. He was part of the management team. Thank you. You got me the extra bottle of water when I was upset…. I didn’t get to ring the bell like I wanted to, maybe in the future when I’m able to afford a new ride!!
