my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

This car is not just fun to drive, it is SUPER fun to drive!!! The acceleration, the cornering, even the cruise control… man, I love this car. Sometimes I have to pinch myself just to make sure it’s not just a dream.

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

Porsche Atlanta Northwest was definitely worth the 8 hour drive to get there. The Panamera was exactly as described. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Travis was very attentive and walked us through every detail. I highly recommend this dealership and hope to return for my next purchase.

For an SUV, car is very sporty and comfortable. Lots of safety features including the lane change assist feature. Great look with the 21" wheels and metallic color.

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

I just bought an F430 from Merit and wow, such a great experience - from initial contact through to delivery. Jonathan was outstanding, a trusted wing-man in this journey. I told him I wanted either a 550 / 575 or F430, gated. Jonathan coached me up on specs that count on this model and we aligned on what to pursue. In short order, he found the perfect car - all the right specs, low mileage, great price, and fully inspected & sorted out my Merit. I didn't want to try and find and buy something on my own and risk getting screwed (nor did i really understand the specs that matter) - so happy I went with Merit, this is the place to partner with on your pursuit. Today was the day to pick up my car! A week ago, after just a day of discussions, Sammy and Aaron made what had been a terrible mistake I had made a couple of months ago into a WONDERFUL sales experience! And THIS during a pandemic when I was having to try and correct my mistake while sheltering in place at home. You see, I have always driven foreign vehicles and SUV's since 1999. And there have been a lot of them, just never an American car, except for my play Jeep. But, our family needed a larger vehicle and we had decided on a Navigator. In January, we went large and purchased a Navigator. Unfortunately, we didn't go large ENOUGH... We needed a Navigator L to accomplish our needs. You can imagine the pain of this realization given the depreciation that takes place the moment you drive a car off the lot. AND I didn't figure it out for over a month. Well, I had spent almost 2 weeks negotiating with the dealer I had purchased my previous vehicle from as well as EVERY OTHER Lincoln dealer in the Metro-ATL area...All not willing to help me with my problem and at the end of the day leaving me to feel as I was going to have to live with my mistake. Then Sammy called ME! And within one day we had worked out a deal for a trade that I could very definitely live with. In fact, one that I could even be excited about. And the pricing for my trade (granted it was almost new) was done site unseen. AND when I got to the dealer there was NONE of the haggling or you didn't tell us about this, etc. Just fair-mindedness, and during these dangerous times...A SAFE environment! I couldn't have asked for more. And when they needed to do some work (tinting, clear-bra, etc.) work to my new vehicle, I was immediately placed in a wonderful loaner until my new vehicle was ready. SO MUCH Better than my last experience. These guys are doing it right and have earned by service business. Yes, It's a long review, but these guys deserve it. I look forward to meeting my service adviser and working with these guys for years to come! AND I can't wait try the Pick-up and Delivery Service!!!!!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

When you buy a Porsche 911 you buy it because of its performance. My car now has 96,000 mile are runs and drives as it should. I do several DE track days every year. It has never let me down. It is amazing to drive, steers like it is on rails, stops on a dime, and goes as fast as I need it to go. What a great car!!
