Richardson Ford Inc.Reviews
Richardson Ford Inc. review
My experience with Richardson Ford was great. Found the car I wanted on Sunday, contacted Norman on Monday and Thursday it was in my driveway. The people were friendly, easy to work with. I had the same car previously so I didn’t need to test drive it. I live over an hour from the dealership, they had their drivers bring it to me. Paul found me a good finance offer. I would definitely recommend Richardson Ford to everybody.

2016 RAM 1500 review
My mistake was not look under the vehicle, found some rust in the main frame, the air bag suspension were shot, had to replace them, DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM DEALER OR ANYWHERE ELSE, it’s a pain to get the car fixed, warranty company does not want to pay, the dealer service dept in Miami lakes Auto mall suck, very unreliable, DO JOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

BMW of Houston MidtownReviews
BMW of Houston Midtown review
Lourdes ?Lulu? in the service department is the reason I?m a BMW buyer. Her level of care and professionalism is what sold me on the brand and on Advantage BMW Midtown. Every time I bring in my M4, she?s warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled right. She explains what?s going on with the car clearly, keeps me updated throughout, and follows through on everything she promises. Great service is what keeps people loyal, and Lulu is the definition of it. She makes every visit easy and stress-free, and I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else. If you?re coming in for service, ask for Lulu. Advantage BMW Midtown is lucky to have her!

AutoNation Ford Orange ParkReviews
AutoNation Ford Orange Park review
Overall, I had a positive experience. The salesman, Mike and Gil were very easy to work with and never had any problem showing me the multiple trucks I wanted to see or test drive. KT, one of the managers was a pleasure to deal with. He had a ton of patience with me and was fun to work with. The process did take a while as I had moved to several different trucks, but honestly that is on me. The entire process in the end was really not to bad. The dealership is a no frills setup, which is fine, hopefully less money paid for the no frills, but the people I worked with were great. I would recommend stopping by if your looking for a new vehicle.

Shaheen Chevrolet review
I had an excellent experience working with Brent when purchasing my car. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything, provided detailed information, FaceTimed with me, and sent videos so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Since I was traveling from another state, his honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave me the confidence to make the trip to the dealership. He even picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process easy and smooth. Brent was a big reason I decided to purchase the car from the dealership. He went above and beyond from start to finish, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend working with Brent Cram!

I took my car in to have the tires rotated, which I bought there at a previous visit. While waiting, I was updated by text about the progress. My car was completely checked out to make sure everything is working properly. I was also given information about 2 issues that needed to be addressed. I approved having the issues taken care of. The dealership is very clean, comfortable and well run. They have it all together. Everything I needed to be done was completed at a very reasonable price.

Lenz Truck - Minocqua, WIReviews
Lenz Truck - Minocqua, WI review
* Found our truck online and received an almost immediate email and text response to schedule a test drive. We loved how fast and seamless their website and communication system was. * Justin was friendly, answered our questions, followed up over the weekend, and made the buying process easy. * We appreciated that there was no pressure when we chose to finance through our local credit union and purchase our extended warranty elsewhere. * Our pickup appointment was at 3:30, but we waited about 50 minutes before meeting with Jake in finance. Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500–$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. Had we known upfront that only one key was included, we would have tried to negotiate that separately. * By the time we finished, Justin was helping another customer, so we didn't receive a walkthrough of the truck's features before leaving or have a chance to ask any final questions to him. * Overall, we're very happy with the truck. The dealership is beautiful, everyone we worked with was friendly, and we'd gladly shop at Lenz Truck Center again. Better communication about the missing key fob and a more complete vehicle delivery are the reasons for our 4-star review. We left feeling disappointed by how the key fob situation was handled and wished the delivery had ended on a warmer, more complete note.

This truck was what I needed at a price I could live with. Very comfortable, decent ride, we will see about fuel consumption. Big V8 with plenty of power.
