My experience with Richardson Ford was great. Found the car I wanted on Sunday, contacted Norman on Monday and Thursday it was in my driveway. The people were friendly, easy to work with. I had the same car previously so I didn’t need to test drive it. I live over an hour from the dealership, they had their drivers bring it to me. Paul found me a good finance offer. I would definitely recommend Richardson Ford to everybody.

BIG SHOUTOUT to Victor! He is amazing to work with. I have purchased my last 3 cars with him and I have zero regrets. He is very friendly, honest, informative, and doesn’t need to use a sales pitch to get you in your dream car. He will definitely make you feel like family and makes the entire car purchasing experience very pleasant and comfortable. If you want a great experience, ask for Victor. I highly recommend shopping for your next Nissan car in Downtown LA. Customer service is unmatched. Thank you Victor!

I took my car in to have the tires rotated, which I bought there at a previous visit. While waiting, I was updated by text about the progress. My car was completely checked out to make sure everything is working properly. I was also given information about 2 issues that needed to be addressed. I approved having the issues taken care of. The dealership is very clean, comfortable and well run. They have it all together. Everything I needed to be done was completed at a very reasonable price.

I have loved this truck since we bought it.. I really hated to let it go.. but our needs changed to something a little smaller, with 3rd row seats.. I even refused to trade it in when I bought the new vehicle.. ( trying to hold on a little longer lol) i have driven mine from tbe beach to the mountains with no issues!

AutoNation Toyota Leesburg review
Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. This is second car I bought from AutoNation and both times it was a great experience!
2016 RAM 1500 review
This truck was what I needed at a price I could live with. Very comfortable, decent ride, we will see about fuel consumption. Big V8 with plenty of power.

Recently my wife and I visited your dealership. We had a very pleasant and professional experience with salesman Brad Shadwell. He answered all our questions and again dealt professionally with our inquiries.

Pellegrino Buick GMCReviews
Pellegrino Buick GMC review
Pellegrino is simply the BEST dealership, hands down! I have never met a more truthful group of individuals. Sending over so many from my family, in addition to our 3rd set of leases for 4 cars(12 in all since 2015). I would never attempt another dealership; their professionalism, expertise(not pushy-genuine), pricing, honesty, dedication to their customers and unlimited time to answer all your questions, has truly set the bar above and beyond all others. BRAVO PELLEGRINO!

BMW of Houston MidtownReviews
BMW of Houston Midtown review
Lourdes ?Lulu? in the service department is the reason I?m a BMW buyer. Her level of care and professionalism is what sold me on the brand and on Advantage BMW Midtown. Every time I bring in my M4, she?s warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled right. She explains what?s going on with the car clearly, keeps me updated throughout, and follows through on everything she promises. Great service is what keeps people loyal, and Lulu is the definition of it. She makes every visit easy and stress-free, and I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else. If you?re coming in for service, ask for Lulu. Advantage BMW Midtown is lucky to have her!
