Friendly service...not pushy at all...highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Experience was great..great selection of vehicles and very good prices as well..if your looking for a new dodge brand this is the place.
Missing cargo mat that was in the pictures. Never disclose that there was Only 1 set key which is &500 to buy. I understand it’s a used car but still need to tell buyers what comes with the car. The salesman was awesome. Kasra was very friendly.
Both James Cambra and Ramon Ramirez were great to work with. I had most of my discussions about what I wanted with James via email and phone, then met Ramon to test drive and ultimately finish my deal. I felt totally relaxed and when I saw a better price at another dealer, the team at Bellevue was happy to work with me to keep my business. The office showroom is nice with a calm energy and the location of the dealership is convenient.
Parking is a challenge, however.
I had a vehicle in mind when I went to AutoNation. While I test drove it, the salesperson figured out the trade-in value for my vehicle. When I returned, I was informed they would give me the upper end of the trade-in range (as I researched it) and dropped the price a few thousand dollars. We negotiated adding a tow hitch and we were done. Their pricing is very aggressive. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
From the time I pulled up I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. The salesman was very informative and helped me pick out the best vehicle for my needs and that fit my budget. I had a wonderful experience from the greeting to signing the final papers.
I was originally supposed to drop my car off in the afternoon, but because I needed an alignment, Collin recommended I bring it in earlier to make sure everything was properly taken care of. He set up a shuttle for me to get to and from work, and my driver Colette even made an additional run to bring my work bag (which I had left in my car), down to me at my office downtown. Excellent job guys!
Made my appointment on-line, arrived on-time and 45 minutes later my car was ready to go. Doing regular maintenance to the car is something I usually postpone because is inconvenient and a hassle, but this dealership takes away any barriers to make sure my car is taken care of. Thank you Roberto
Dustin at Enumclaw Dodge is awesome! He was very patient, informative and zero pressure. He and the other folks at ECJD were very competitive on my trade value and pricing on a new Scat Pack Charger. In the end we were about $900 apart from a deal and I did not purchase but that was not due to their lack of effort, sometimes the deal just doesn’t make sense for both parties after all it is a business and they have a bottom line to meet as well. In any case if you are looking for a great deal with great folks who are competitive, honest and zero pressure do yourself a favor and head to Enumclaw and ask for Dustin. If there is a deal to be made, I am confident they will take care of you.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
