Used 2019 RAM 1500 trucks for sale in Brimfield, MA

Purchased 2017 Ram 2500 in May of '17. Buying process was excellent and went smoothly. Had vehicle in for Recall Notice. Visit was less than one hour. Service technicians placed protective covers on drivers side floor, seat and steering wheel. Overall service experience was pleasant, facility and waiting room were clean and orderly.

I'm on my third RAM in ten-years. The first two, a 2014 and 2016 did great; but then, about a year later I started having anomalies with sensors/check engine lights that would not reset. Simple stuff like windshield-fluid reservoir empty, or exhaust O2 sensor dirty. New vehicles should not do that. I did not give up on RAM. I've had a 2019 RAM 1500/LongHorn/Crewcab for two-years now. (Knock on wood), 2019 runs great, with no major problems. One of the best things that happened was when RAM 'broke away' from Dodge. I recommend the new generation of RAM from 2019+.

My husband and I took possession of a 2021 preowned Ram 1500 today. We traded in an SUV and got the best offer from Bolles among 3 different dealers. But more important than that, we found the dealership to be honest, fair and upfront about the truck we purchased to tow our new travel trailer. This is a great all-around truck that blends luxury features with a solid truck. With coil suspension on all wheels, it makes for a very soft and comfortable ride, while being able to tow anything you can throw it's way.

If you are in this area, and have a Ram HD with a Cummins diesel, these guys are the best. Ask for Bob to work on your truck and you won't go wrong!

Love my truck, interior and exterior. Would not give up the suspension, and comfortable ride. Yes with gas prices now it does take more $$ to fill up but it's still a better ride than any other car I have owned.

There was a mishap during a transmission service. Artioli took care of all problems and in the end I received an excellent service. Wonderful people, great business!

My Jeep Liberty was brought there by the dealer I bought it from for repair of a coolant pressure problem , they had been working on it prior to the fire they had in the service dept and parts of it were in the fire, they were able to put a replacement engine in it and now it’s back on the road, thanks to Leo and Jen and the guys in the service dept for their effort with the main building gone they are working out of small garages and trailers on the property, not the most ideal conditions but they got it done !

Low pressure, knowledgeable, friendly dealership. Went through True Car; no haggle. Quicker and easier than buying a cell phone at a brick and mortar store.

Mike and Carol have been servicing my fleet trucks for several years. They understand that when the truck is down its not making any money for the company. They are great about getting the service or repairers done as quick as possible to get my trucks back on the road and working. I would also like to give a shout out to one of the mechanics Billy. Very good at his job. I take comfort in knowing he is working on my equipment.

Phoebe and Liz were wonderful to work with, although we had some delays with paperwork. They knew the product and their jobs! Harr had the best prices around, which is extremely tough now a days given the fixed pricing and instant ability to compare and shop. Excellent experience overall.

Customer service is definitely performed at this dealership. Recently purchased a car from them. I was trading in a car that had a lot of mechanical issues pending and unfortunately I hastily made a decision to buy a car that I really didn't like after driving it a week. I called Fernando with this woe and he and Ken Champagne were able to put me in something I truly love. Bottom line....they listened to me and what I wanted and were able to acquire another car within a week or so! I'd like to think I was the only person they were dealing with because of the superior service in finding another car.
