Purchased 2019 Longhorn in August ‘18. Two days of ownership, all the warninig indicators came on, disabled the crusie, lane departure, front collision, remote start, parking brack etc! delear reset computer settings. Three days later, same thing. Got the truck back and rear brakes squeel like a baby pig. In the past 5 months, I have taken it 4 times for them to repair only to be told STAR case says to lube. Reached out to “RAM CARES” and they listen but I never hear back from them. I hate my truck and yet can’t afford to get out of it. If only RAM backed their product rather than take your money and run.
Bryce and his team at John Johnson Dodge go above and beyond to provide family like accomodations, comfortable low pressure buying is the way to go! Thanks guys! Big shoutout to Nick Zavros for expediting this whole process and taking the hassle out of the purchasing experience Johns crew is the best around reason why I drive over an hour to get here

The new 2019 Ram Crew Cab Laramie is in my opinion the most stylish well built truck on the market. The exterior design is sharp and distinctive. The interior is comfortable and extremely roomy.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Great interior andvery comfortable with great legroom. Rides and handles great. Has everything you would want in a truck. The new design is beautiful and makes the ram a great looking truck as well as the best functioning truck.
I worked with Samantha at the Garfield Ave location and the service was excellent. The staff was super friendly and very informative on what I needed to know. I would highly suggest going to see them if you are purchasing a Used car any time soon!
Had to do a tire rotation, oil change, and had a rattling sound coming from the front of the engine bay. Ryan Jonas helped me out and got everything I needed done quickly. He was very polite, informative, and overall a pleasure to have helping me out. He put a good reputation for this dealerships service center and would highly recommend him for any service.
I highly recommend this dealership. We purchase all of our commercial vehicles from this dealership after dealing with many other dealerships and this dealership is by far the best. They have the best prices and above all, you are treated as a priority even after the purchase of your new vehicle has been made. I have been to other dealers that have treated you wonderfully in the beginning to get you to buy the car, and then once you have purchased it, they act like you are bothering them when the time comes to get the vehicle serviced and so forth. Then not only are you treated poorly but they then overcharge you for your service. The prices in the service department at this dealership are very fair and they do great work. Rt. 18 Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep treats you just as good when you come in for service as they do when you are making the purchase which is a wonderful feeling. I will not be using any other dealership other then Rt. 18 Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep because THE CUSTOMER IS THERE #1 PRIORITY HERE!

One may want to consider Johnson Automotive Group for your next vehicle. I have purchased one and leased another from Tom O'Hare. He takes his time to ask the right questions then put you in the vehicle that is right for you. There are no games with him. The process is easy, all incentives for your new vehicle of choice will be given, and you will be satisfied. I do not understand why this man has not been promoted? Mr. Johnson, promote Tom. I came in to inquire on what to do with my Jeep Cherokee Limited which I have 1 month remaining on my lease. I was offered with multiple options. Matthew A. Is so ???freaking??? good that he was able to convince me to sign up a new lease. Matthew A. Knows his job pretty well. He showed us all about the grand Cherokee. Most importantly, Matthew is not only a good salesman but the great host as well, contanstly asking us if we need coffee, water, etc. we love our new Grand Cherokee Luxury 11
