Jareel Tyson was my Service Consultant. He is friendly, easy to understand, and communicates well. He explained the process and provided superior help during the check-in and check-out for my truck's oil/filter change and multi-point inspection. The mechanics completed the oil change quickly. It was an easy, efficient, and fast service completion.

Look for Lindsay she made buying hassle free after a long day at work. Once I was in finance Leonel had the paperwork ready and it only took a few minutes to complete the sale.
2020 RAM 1500 review
I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Berkenkotter Motors Castle RockReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
This was one of the best buying experiences that I've had with a dealership. I was an out of state buyer (San Diego) looking to purchase a 2014 E350 wagon that Berkenkotter had listed. I worked with Cameron over text message/email to discuss the car and negotiate the price. Cameron was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with. We came to an agreement, and I was able to book my flight out and come to the dealership. Cameron started the paperwork prior to my flight so that things would be ready to go when I arrived. The car was exactly as presented in the listing. During the test drive, the battery on the car did die, but I was able to get it restarted and back to the dealership. Cameron had the shop test the battery quickly, turned out to be needing a replacement and they threw in a new one for me. Finished the paperwork and then drove the 1100 miles back to San Diego. I would absolutely recommend working with Berkenkotter Motors, great staff and very friendly. Excellent pricing as well. Shout out to Alan and Wade who were also there when I purchased and were part of the experience.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I bought a 2025 INFINITI QX60 from Windsor and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Michael made everything simple, walked me through the tech and options without pressure, and had the paperwork ready so I was out the door quickly. The SUV was spotless at pickup, financing was straightforward, and Windsor even checked in afterward to make sure I was enjoying the ride.
