2013 Beetle, stretched timing chain, 82,000 miles, $3600 job turned out was covered under warranty. Took them 3 weeks, it's a big job, lots of parts and labor intensive. That car runs as if it were brand new. We are pleased.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln NorthReviews
Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North review
My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Nautilus hybrid. The greatest surprise was Ford corporate decided to extend the employee purchase plan to all customers. No need to negotiate as it is a set price. Zach (sales) and Andy (financial) were great to work with and did not use any pressure tactics to buy. This is our 3rd purchase from the North location, but have bought from the West location and the old Dimension West location on Jefferson. We always have great service experiences as well.

Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe review
This was the best car sales experience I've had. I worked with Randy, who was not only nice, very knowledgeable, and a zero pressure sales person. Literally the easiest car buying experience I've had on the sales side. I've already recommended Randy & Rairdon Monroe to friends.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

They were booked solid for weeks and as they saw my desperation, squeezed me in and had me out within hours. They got me into a rental, for the whole hour I needed one:) My car stalled and I was towed to them while on vacation all the way from Connecticut and New York. I was checking out of our hotel the next morning with 3 kids and 3 adults relying on me to get them home safely. I owe the amazing service department and my mechanic Scott beyond just these kind words.

Thank you to Mariah DePan. We needed specific info about several cars within our budget, advice, test drive, fair trade in, financing set up, then all the admin to drive away in a new car the same day. She focused on our needs, was courteous , gracious, and gave time to help with set up at the end of her day. Thank you to Mariah and all the team at Nimey's. We appreciate it.

Bridgeland Auto BrokersReviews
Bridgeland Auto Brokers review
Kevin was amazing! He wasn’t pushy and made looking and buying a car fun again. #1 salesmen in my books. Bridgeland and Candy Cars had a variety of Wranglers that were quality cars. Kevin also had the Jeeps I wanted to test drive waiting right up front for me! Once I bought my Wrangler, it was serviced, inspected and cleaned waiting for me upfront. I’d do business with them again.

Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota review
Looking to buy a car with my son, his first purchase. We worked with Aaron Martirano, in sales. And Shaun the Manager. This was, if not, the best dealer experience I have ever had. If you are from out of town or live in the Sarasota area and looking. Please go visit Aaron and Jag/land Rover of Sarasota. I promise, you will not be disappointed. They listen with no pressure. Thank you Aaron and Shaun.

Ali was wonderful to work with. He kept in touch with us on a regular basis and has met with us after the sale to go over questions we have. It is a learning curve. We love our Rav 4 and will get to feeling comfortable with it.

Kalidy Kia review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to take a moment to share how truly impressed I was with my recent car purchase experience at Kia. Andre Starks professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and I felt supported throughout the process Andre Starks (New Car Sales Manager) went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled smoothly, making what can often be a stressful process feel easy. Andre was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions. His ability to listen carefully and provide clear guidance made a huge difference. Andre is a true gem—someone who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. He is without question a tremendous asset to the company. His presence gives us confidence that Kia values its customers and is committed to excellence. Thank you again to Andre for making this such a positive experience.

Car had bad paint that would not rub out. Matte finish. Passenger door rattled when closing. Did not show sales ready. They need to fix car before I would look at it agine.
