Serpentini Chevrolet OrrvilleReviews
Serpentini Chevrolet Orrville review
My husband and my new car purchase (1972 Monte Carlo) was actually the first sale for Bob SERPENTINI. We have continued to purchase all our new vehicles, maintenance, any repairs or body work from SERPENTINI in Orrville. My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville. But I am hoping that I will be able to continue being a loyal customer for several more years. Especially in these times, feel lucky if you can find a business that a person can rely on and trust. Bob and his staff should be proud that they can offer this kind of service to customers every day! Thank you for my being able to drive my 2026 Equinox off of their lot LAST week!

Dealing with Candice in service is truly a pleasure our truck was fixed on the first visit. Candice is very professional, kept us informed every step making sure we knew what was being done and when the truck would be done. A loaner car was provided it was a great truck as well. Jerry the head tec took my truck for a test run to make sure it was ready and done correct.

Thank you Andrew and Steve! The best car buying experience I've ever had. They are very organized and we got a super nice car. The whole process was completed in around 1 hour. Keep up the wonderful customer service you provide to your customers!
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

Great dealership. Patience n professional, making the long process (Toyota caused) of ordering a 2026 Sienna LE AWD Hybrid bearable. Victor kept us informed frequently including trying several times to get vehicle ahead of time. Just completed first vacation trip with our new van, what a great vehicle and fuel efficient. Throw in the lifetime powertrain warranty (that everyone else is jumping on the bandwagon now) and free maintenance for 4 years, what a great pacjage deal. And they found a good loan rate! Thanks Toyota of North Canton!

Huebner SubaruReviews
Huebner Subaru review
We can’t say enough good things about Shane at Huebner Subaru in Carrollton, OH. His dedication to truly understanding what his customers need sets him apart. Shane has a way of anticipating concerns before you even have to ask, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stands out is his willingness to go the extra mile to help secure financing that works—without putting unnecessary strain on your family. That level of care and consideration is rare. We’ve purchased four vehicles through Shane for both our immediate and extended family, and each experience has been exceptional. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping people keep us coming back. We’ll continue to trust Shane with all our future vehicle needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dealership experience that puts people first.
