I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

If I could give 10 stars for the "buying process" I would. I knew the exact car I wanted, so I drove over from Sarasota and was on my way home within an hour with a new car. Eric was very busy, but always had time for my texts and questions. When I am ready to buy, I just want to get the deal DONE! That's exactly what happened. No muss no fuss.

Mike B helped me with the purchase of my first car. He understood that I was waiting for my dad and not buying anything that day. After a few weeks my dad and I decided to go but unfortunately the car I wanted was sold. He showed me other cars and fell in love with the one he suggested would fit my needs. I appreciate that he was not pushy and made it stress free

Samuel was great. He made me aware of what was being done with accurate timeframe for my service to be complete. There was no upselling and made arrangements for a ride home within 10 minutes.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

Miami Lakes Automall - Chevrolet Kia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Mitsubishi review
I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .
