Working with Mike Zeller on my new truck. I drove down from pittsburgh, only to find out we grew up very near each other so I knew I could trust him! Ha! Great experience, great price and bent over backwards to help. Side note, in all my years of buying vehicles, not ONE salesperson has ever followed up after sale. He did, and gave me his cell phone for any issues if any down the road. He is the best!

Koons of Tysons Chevrolet GMC review
Phul was awesome!! I went to the dealership to look for an upgrade to my Traverse. Found an amazing 2027 Traverse RS on the lot, but it wasn?t the color I wanted. Phul and Celia, the manager, worked endlessly to find my perfect car. I got to pick it up a couple weeks later. The wait was a killer, but they went above and beyond. This car is perfect. I can?t wait for family trips and taking in the stars through the awesome moon roof. Although I was disappointed on the wait, the professionalism and end result went above and beyond 5 stars. Thanks again Phil and Celia.
2022 RAM 1500 review
I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Group 1 Toyota BowieReviews
Group 1 Toyota Bowie review
I find it difficult to work with car sales people because generally they do not listen. It has been my experience that they tend to be pushy and condescending. This was not the case here. I had an amazing experience with sales professional Ramon Thompson. I originally visited to test drive a pre-owned Toyota Avalon (IMHO it should be sent to auction). My goal was to find a comfortable pre-owned luxury sedan at a good price. After listening to me, Ramon suggested I check out pre-owned Camry and Lexus sedans. I tried several with various levels of trim and liked a specific Lexus. Understand that I have been a loyal VW owner since my very first '71 Super Beetle. I drive VWs because they're fun. I always felt Toyota was boring. However, a GR Corolla Premium Plus caught my eye. That car spoke to me, fun like a VW but reliable like a Toyota. I did the research and sent Ramon a message and started the buying process for the GR. Ramon worked diligently to negotiate a price and also gave me the opportunity to reconsider the Lexus. I appreciated his patience throughout the entire process. His manner was respectful and never once did he act in the condescending manner I have encountered with so many other salespeople. I will be referring my friends to him because they will also appreciate him. Chuck in Finance closed out the deal. He, was respectful and initially talked a little fast. Once I mentioned this, he slowed down and was very good with answering my questions (and I had a lot!). If I were to make another purchase, I'd ask specifically for him to finalize the financial portion. The sales manager involved in the transaction, Lani, worked with Ramon to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you, Lani. Note management: It would be great if the salespeople had cubicles with walls high enough to ensure privacy.

I was very pleased with the experience. Frank (salesman) sent me a video of the SUV as soon as we reached out that we were looking at it online and invited us to come test drive. Frank was responsive to all of our questions. After doing some homework prior to our visit, visiting the dealership, test driving the SUV, we decided to purchase the car.

It was good and in a reasonable amount of time. I was explained clearly and I was given the cost before I signed for the work.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Great buying experience with no pressure. Answered all my questions and offered a fantastic deal.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Fitzgerald Chevrolet Frederick review
I can’t say enough good things about Moose (can’t remember his actual name) and Xavier. We came in literally just looking and even with that in mind they both gave us the royalty treatment. They tag teamed as Xavier was our salesperson and Moose was the manage. Took the time to show us everything the truck had to offer, let us take her for a ride, and got back with absolutely no pressure. We loved the truck but knew we were not ready to buy. Moose, again with no pressure, ran some numbers without a credit check and even told us about a couple of trucks coming off the assembly line in case we were ready at that time, again no pressure. I would have left out of there with a truck but husband has to bring me back to reality. We literally went to other dealers looking at other trucks but both of us agreed not only the truck but the amazing service would bring us back to Fitzgerald’s when we are ready.

Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore review
I had the pleasure of working with Karla Araujo at Ourisman in Dundalk, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Karla was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. She made the entire process of purchasing my 2018 Jeep Renegade smooth and enjoyable. Karla went above and beyond to ensure I was fully informed, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate my schedule and preferences truly set her apart. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and strives to make the experience as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Karla Araujo to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience. Her dedication and outstanding service make her a true asset to Ourisman at Dundalk!
2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

Fitzgerald Chevrolet Frederick review
Amazing communication. Nicely located. Well organized. Everyone we met was positive and not pushy. Jordyn is incredible! He answered our questions well and knew exactly who to ask if he wasn’t sure. Many helpful tips too. I hadn’t been vehicle shopping in a long time, but Jordyn and others made it a much better experience than I anticipated.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!
