King Kia Of LaurelReviews
King Kia Of Laurel review
We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Nick Choi at King Kia of Laurel. Nick truly went above and beyond from beginning to end. He was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even in the evening, he made himself available to make sure everything was taken care of properly. What impressed us most was the level of personal service. Nick even brought our Hyundai all the way to our home after the purchase. That was far beyond anything we expected and says a lot about how seriously he takes customer service. Buying a car can easily be stressful, but Nick made the entire experience straightforward, pleasant, and remarkably easy. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt that he genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out well for us. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Nick is a real credit to King Kia of Laurel. A huge thank you, Nick, for your exceptional service, your time, and everything you did for us. We could not recommend you more highly. Five stars without hesitation.

CarMax Gaithersburg review
I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
The Service Center That Prioritizes Your Safety, Not Your Wallet. This Car Care Service Facility in Westminster are an absolute credit to the car care business in the state of Maryland. Thank you for an unforgettable honesty, transparency and care. What I experienced at your location was completely beyond anything I have ever encountered. Len Stoler is a beautiful "land lost in time." In a world where customer service has vanished, your dealership is a rare car service land that feels completely unique because people simply do not treat customers with this level of care anymore. Foremost and ultimately, I want to recognize Mike Porter, Commercial Service Manager. Exceptional customer service and genuine kindness just ooze out of his pores and his entire being. I have never seen anyone quite like him. He makes you feel like family—like a brother, a father, or an uncle. It is clear that Mike truly leads that culture of exceptionalism at your location. That incredible warmth extends across the entire staff. I highly commend Jennifer, Mike Porter, as well as Jessica, and the two ladies at the front who sit next to each other and the exceptionally handsome male advisor who sits next to Jessica. I also want to praise the service advisor at the front desk, and the gentlemen out in the bay who greet you the moment you pull up. Your team had no idea who I was. They didn't know me from anyone, and they had no idea what my professional credentials were. Yet, they treated me like absolute royalty. From the moment I arrived, I have never felt so genuinely welcomed. In a world where it is rare to feel genuinely seen, your team saw me for the person I am, completely looking past the color of my skin. The kindness and thoughtfulness of your staff were mind-boggling and almost unreal. You have built a culture that goes far beyond typical car service—it is a culture of true human decency and care. I highly recommend all nurses, healthcare providers take your car here for all service.

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

Fantastic buying experience. In and out quickly with a fair price. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I bought a new Hyundai Tucson. The overall experience was great. They gave me an on the road price over the phone and they stuck to it. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in.

My experience was excellent based on the efforts of Hamid Bashiri. He was helpful, competent, patient and knowledgeable. I am a return customer and that is largely due to Mr. Bashiri who has always been very honest and trustworthy and I know I will get the right car, price and financing to meet my needs. I wish all dealerships had someone like this!

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Ourisman Ford of ManassasReviews
Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.
