DriveTime 5.0 ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 831 reviews Share Your Experience Laura Scott is extremely patient and professional. Ive had a lot of health issues and have had to cancel appointments and she was great with all that. She truly helped me to find the right vehicle for my family that I would feel safe driving them around in. this is my second transaction with Drivetime at Alta Mere and it was seamless and easy. I will send family and friends to Laura. Keep up the good work.

Apple Auto Sale of DallasReviews
Apple Auto Sale of Dallas review
Let me tell you about buying cars. Buying rebuilt cars depends on who you are buying from and what the damage was. You can buy cars at steep discounts if you do it wisely. That's when Apple Auto Sales come in. I just purchased a Kia Stinger at a ridiculous price. Khaled, the owner is a class act, honest, and trust worthy. In an industry full of scammers, this was a truly welcomed discovery. Khaled also owns a body shop, so he does all his repairs himself and that's why you can buy cars from him and not worry about anything missed or repairs gone wrong. I flew in from NJ to Dallas to get this transaction done, and it was well worth the trip! We need more people like Khaled and do away with all the scammers. Thanks again Khaled and Apple Auto! Blessings to you, your business, family and friends!

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

Decided on a vehicle and Gary facilitated adding an option I wanted in a very expedient manner! Everything was very up front and hassle free. Would definitely recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy a really nice used vehicle in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Freeman Buick GMCReviews
Freeman Buick GMC review
Professionalism at its Finest My Daughters very first car buying experience was exceptional. As a Director of Case Management in healthcare, my career is built on the motto "Taking Care of People" with dignity and respect. After 15+ years in management, I know how rare it is to find truly genuine, dedicated staff. Shone Alestock and Nora Blackmon at Freeman Buick GMC are the gold standard. My daughter and I both navigate severe anxiety, but Shone’s 14 years of expertise and "no-haggle" approach made us feel like family rather than strangers. In finance, Nora (a 20-year veteran) truly listened to our needs, working the numbers to hit our goal of $297/month. If you want a stress-free experience with professionals who actually care about your outcome, go see Shone and Nora. They deserve every bit of recognition for being amazing humans!

Elvis did a great job. He explained the services I needed. I understood everything without feeling any pressure. The customer service was outstanding.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Incredible selection of cars online. The process is very straight forward. The salesman was very honest. The 10 day return policy is unbelievable.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

CarMax Southwest FreewayReviews
CarMax Southwest Freeway review
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
